Our exquisite property features a total of 11 bedrooms, 5 on the main floor of the house, 3 on the top floor and 3 in the charming cottage. There are 2 full kitchens there are two indoor living rooms and a deck off the living room on the second floor of the house. The beautifully designed courtyard boasts a custom table for 18+ and a fire pit.

Spacious and Stylish Accommodations

- Main House First Floor: 5 bedrooms (1 King, 4 Queens), 2 full baths (one with tub), a full modern kitchen, and large laundry area. One of the queen bedrooms is accessed from the exterior only.

- Main House Second Floor: Walk-up to 3 bedrooms (1 King with ensuite, 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins) with stunning views of Palmers Cove, a full kitchen, and 2 full baths.

- Cottage: One level with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms (1 Queen with a private bath, 2 Queens).

The first and second floor of the main house are in the same building but can only be accessed by going outside. The exterior doors for these two living spaces are right next to one another and under a deck, but you can still get wet. The cottage is right next to the main house but is a separate building with its own private entrance. Each of the spaces have a living room and kitchen.

Kids can enjoy fishing and crabbing from the docks while h you relax outside on the second floor deck, patio or fire pit area. Explore downtown Mystic - just a short drive away - home to the renowned attractions like the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport.
