We’re currently addressing the wallpaper, the odor downstairs, and the jacuzzi tub to ensure a better experience for future guests. Our cleaning team does a thorough check before every stay, so the mention of bugs was unexpected, but we’ll be double-checking that moving forward as well. The temperature difference between floors is something I make sure the guests are aware about, along with thermostat recommendations to help regulate it. While I understand you were still disappointed, I truly wish we could have found a solution that worked better for you.
