Waterfront Paridise Found

Welcome to our waterfront tropical island get-away. Located on a canal with direct access to the Banana river. Only minutes away you will find Historic Cocoa Beach, the surfing capitol of the east coast, Cape Canaveral with an abundance of fishing charters , cruise ships and tropical nightlife and Kennedy Space Center, come watch a space launch from your yard. Close by you will find Florida’s famous theme parks. Disney World and Universal Studios are only an hours drive and Orlando International airport is only 40 minute away. The Banana river area offers excellent outdoor opportunities. Fishing, surfing, golfing, birding, jet skiing, boating, parasailing hanging out at the beach and paddle boarding are just a few.
Better then a hotel, our home offers 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, closet, chest of drawers and a ¾ bath. Both the boat room and fish room are equipped with 2 twin beds, chest of drawers, ceiling fans, a closet and original art work by Nicola. All linens, pillows and towels are provided.
The living area offers a great room concept with a fully furnished kitchen including stove/oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, plate’s, glasses and utensils. House includes laundry room with washer and dryer, central air and lawn maintenance. We offer cable TV and wireless internet also.
Outback you will find a covered screened patio with a sitting area and a tiki bar. Bring your own beverage and watch the beautiful sunsets down the canal.
Outside is a patio with table and chairs for reading or outside dining and a bar-b-que grill with propane tank. From there you can meander down the walkway surrounded by seashells to the waterfront deck equipped with Adirondack chairs and fishing pole holder (fishing poles are in the laundry room). Fish off the deck and watch the manatee, dolphin and a variety of birds go by. The resident heron, Henry, will likely pay you a visit looking for a hand out.
While the house does not offer a garage we have ample parking in the driveway.
Renter must be at least 35 years old and staying at the home the entire time.
