Unfortunately, the WiFi outage was related to a technical issue with the service provider and was beyond our immediate control. We made every effort to have a technician dispatched as quickly as possible, but service availability was limited at that time. As a result, we have decided to transition to a more reliable internet provider to help ensure a better experience for future guests. We also sincerely apologize regarding the cleanliness concerns and dog hair noted on some bedding. While our cleaning team works diligently to prepare the home for each guest, it appears an oversight occurred during turnover.
