Beautiful and spacious gulf access Villa Cortona with over 2500 Sq Ft under air conditioning offers and open 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom floor plan which is perfect for those with a large family or those who simply love private spaces. This tropical, secluded hideaway is located at the end of a quiet street on oversized lot with a beautiful view of private canal. The large family room entrance is framed with an arched opening and stone columns.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite counter tops, breakfast nook and bar, plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, coffee maker and blender for making those tasty frozen drinks. There is also a separate formal dining room with 6 chairs and a glass table. The family room has a large leather sofa and love seat, pool table, darts and many more games. The separate living room features large leather sofa, love seat, ottoman, LCD TV and DVD player. It has a terrific view of the pool and beautiful wide canal.

Free wireless Internet access is also available.

The spacious master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, LCD TV, and large closet. The master bathrooms features dual sinks, a massive walk-around shower with dual rain shower head, highlighted by stone columns and a radius island tub that provides a retreat most spas would envy.

A second large bedroom contains one queen-size bed, large dresser, LCD TV and generous closet. The third bedrooms also has two twin size beds in bunk bed configuration, large closet and a big bathroom that is also accessible from hallway. The fourth bedroom has king size bed, LCD TV and generous closet.

Lanai features kidney-shaped heated pool with spill over spa, shellstone pool deck, and custom stained wood ceiling. Spa includes pool side shower and private bath. Five lounges surround the pool for tanning and relaxing. Six additional chairs and a large table are available on the lanai. There is also a new large Weber gas grill by the pool and plenty o grilling utensils in the kitchen.

Nicely landscaped with boat dock and Tiki Hut with a view of Laguna Lake that host some spectacular sunset views. Saltwater fishing from the dock is great fun for all.

Our open floor plan with multiple eating areas, oversized rooms and large pool make this an ideal home for more than one family to share without feeling the least bit crowded.

We stayed for a week and it was a very peaceful stay. The home is exactly as described, it comes with everything you need for an amazing stay. Jana was very informative and answered any questions we had. The owner also offers some items ( heated pool/jacuzzi, gas for grill) for free that other owners usually like to charge for which was a pleasant surprise. If you like to fish, there is some great fishing in the back.

Awesome

This house was amazing! The property was private being at the end of the road. These owners thought of everything you may need to take with you for the beach. We loved that they provided bikes, fishing poles, bait buckets, coolers,m and beach towels. The additional refrigerator in the garage was an added bonus as we cooked almost every meal there. I would highly recommend this home as it had so much space to hang out and enjoy a much needed vacation! Thanks again Jana;)

Great, comfortable getaway

This house is just as it appears. It's spacious and comfortable, and our group of 8 spent a lovely week there. We enjoyed the recreation options with the pool table, swimming pool and fishing dock. The neighborhood has a rural feel, which set this canal-front home apart from others we looked at that felt crowded. If you come with a group, be aware that there aren't a lot of large serving dishes or pots in the kitchen. I also wish I'd known that there's a several-foot drop from the dock to the water, which made launching the kayaks an option for only the most agile among us.

42 Fabulous Days In The Cape Coral/Burnt Store Area

We had an excellent 42 day stay at the Waterfront Villa.We travel to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area every January-February. This was our first stay in this home. We were 100% satisfied with the home and Jana, our wonderful host. We could not be more pleased.Check in communications were excellent. Jana met us at the home and gave an overview of the home and instructions on the pool/spa. The home was clean and well stocked when. Our kids spent 2 weeks with us in the home. The home handled all six of us very well. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool and spa were great. There home is in a very nice neighborhood in the Burnt Store area. There are vacant lots on both sides which provided a little extra privacy. The pool overlooks a large portion or the canal system and the pier on the canal was great for morning coffee and quiet sunsets. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool and on the pier. There was also a grill which was used several nights. We travel with a dog. The neighborhood was great for long walks with little or no traffic. There were a lot of walkers in the neighborhood. We felt very safe here. There were four kayaks and two bikes in the garage which we did not have time to use. The garage was a great place to store our motorcycle and motorcycle trailer during our stay. The location provides easy access to the Cape Coral area and places to the north. Plenty of stores for food and supplies within a few miles.

Great Family Destination

We have visited Cape Coral before, and this time brought a few extra family members and our two dogs. We had a wonderful visit at this property! The house and pool area are just as the photos show. The two living areas that each open to the pool provide ample space for a large group, (8 of us, plus dogs.) The property is well cared for, the property managers are friendly and attentive, and this home is one of the best values we have found for this area. Prior to our visit and during our stay, the property managers replied to all inquiries in a short amount of time, ensuring that we had all questions answered and were confident in our rental choice prior to arriving. As other reviews state, the property is about 15 or so minutes from most dining, etc. However, that adds to the charm and privacy afforded here. The neighborhood is beautiful, calm, and peaceful. We visited Sanibel Island twice (Bowman's Beach), enjoyed an Adventures in Paradise Dolphin Boat Tour, dined at Pine Island (Lazy Flamigo) and Cape Coral (Iguana Mia) and otherwise just relaxed in the pool and hot tub. Our week stay was over Christmas with sunny weather in the high 70's and low 80's daily. The brand new pool heater helped maintain a perfect water temperature for the cooler nights. The dock on the canal provided a great spot for watching wildlife, while the screened in Florida room helped keep all bugs, etc from the pool/hot tub/eating areas. We greatly enjoyed out stay at this property, and would definitely consider staying again.

Peaceful Retreat

Pros 1. Large SUV fit inside garage 2. Master walk in shower delightful 3. Game room great but dartboard needs replaced 4. Relaxing backyard with the exception of construction -only saw 2 neighbors on canal side in 10 days 5. Seating at dock for 4 & firepit 6. Del Prado WalMart delivers 7. Lots of area wildlife visit dock-dolphins, stiing ray, sharks, & alligators just to name a few. 8. Kitchen well-stocked but needs baking pans 9. Kayak availability was nice, but prior guests have mistreated & broken seats. Cons 1. Roof covered in tarps & sandbags from storm 9 months ago-not expecting that 2. Front landscaping desperately needs attention- very overgrown 3. All mattresses need replaced- master was the worst- almost unbearable-hard, lumpy, & slanted toward head of bed 4. Previous guests left extra blankets filthy. 5. Construction ALL around-unexpected- Google maps does not show all the homes that have been built. It's not a secluded home due to construction & workers often played loud music. 6. Dock pylons on right side were lifted during storm last year. It is scary looking, but we had no problem using it. 7. Stools at bar & tall table were so wobbly we didn't use them. 8. Patio needs to be powerwashed 9. Lounge chair cushions dirty 10. Garage very cluttered-not neat as in pictures 11. Children's play area no longer there, but we didn't need it. The owner needs to update pictures & description so renters have an accurate idea of what to expect. Overall, we enjoyed.

A Super Hidden Gem!!!

This property defines relaxation! First was location. Super quiet area to the point that you donā€™t here much of anything, and at night you can view the stars with no distractions. With water access to the canal system and a view to Lake Laguna from the boat dock, it is very surreal. Second is the house. Landscaping is well maintained and in very good shape. Super super clean upon arrival. Tons of room for everyone. We traveled with 3 adults, 2 kids, and pets, and there was more than enough room. Bedrooms are a good size and have quite comfortable mattresses. Master bathroom was unreal as there is a double vanity and the walk in dual showers was great as a family member of ours has trouble stepping over tubs and second bathroom was in great shape. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans etc, and everything was in working order. We were provided with more than enough supplies to get us through the week. Game room extras were awesome. The pool table is in immaculate shape, dart board and all other items were perfect. Pool area, all I can say is awesome! Pool is heated and hot tub worked great every time. Super clean and maintained from a pool company. Well lit at night so you can spend some time outside. Kids playground area was good and well maintained of the walkway to the boat dock. Grill worked good as well. Biggest perk was the garage with all the items you need for a vacation. There were fishing poles/tackle box, kayaks, sand beach items, a corn hole set, beach balls/pool floats, and even an extra fridge. Well thought out by the owner for making your time spent even better. Washer and dryer worked great and had no issues with TV and the internet worked all the time. Last is communication. Jana was awesome as she made it so convenient for our arrival as we were traveling from a far distance. She did a very thorough job explaining all aspects of the house and was available at any time if we had issues. We had made her aware of an issue in which it was addressed and fixed within a short time. She did a fabulous job and takes pride in the property. There was an expected general wear and tear and personally the house is in great shape. If I could give a higher rating for this location I would. Well exceeds 5 stars easily. You wont be disappointed and will enjoy every aspect of this house as we did! We will definitely return and highly recommend for you and your family! Thank you and enjoy!

Wonderful Winter Vacation Spot for Families

My family and I (4 adults and 3 kids) vacation here in December. The house is absolutely beautiful and very private. My boys enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (I couldnā€™t keep the youngest out of it) and the older boys spent lots of time on the dock fishing. We all really enjoyed the paddle boards and taking them down the canal. The pool table and dart board were a huge hit with my family. We even got a family competition going with a trophy for the winner. We truly had a great time. It has been a long year for all of us and it was so nice to be able to kick back and relax. There was so much to keep us occupied that we didnā€™t really even have to leave the house that much. Watching the sun rise and set over the canal was amazing. The walk in double shower in the master is to die for (Iā€™ve already told my husband we should remodel our bathroom like this). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We rent a home every year to vacation and this was definitely one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Jana was very kind and helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. This is definitely a 5 star rental in a quite and relaxing area and I would definitely vacation here again.

Family fall getaway

We rented this property for the beautiful view, remote location, and amazing home. 3 days into our trip hurricane Ian ripped through SW Florida. We were left without electrical plumbing. We were so lucky to be in that house. With nothing to do and nowhere to go. We spent the remainder of our days kayaking, fishing, and hanging out by the dock. We occupied our nights by playing cards and board games(which this house is fully stocked with) by candle light. Once the lanai, shingles and dock are repaired I recommend this house for any family or friends vacation.

Fantastic Place to Rest

We came as a family to unwind. Cape Coral never disappoints! We absolutely love Cape Coral. The house was very clean on arrival and as advertised! The kayaks were a hit, the pool table was likely our favorite! The pool and hot tub were great! We will certainly be back, and think we have found a place in Cape Coral we hope to visit time and time again!

Couldn't imagine anywhere better

We were in town for a baseball tournament (2 families) and while other familes stayed closer to the fields, nobody had near as nice or the amenities we did. The house was spotless and was stocked with everything you would have at home. The fridge in the house and one in the garage came in handy for all the beverages and cold items we needed to pack for our daily trip to the ballpark. There were a lot of extra towels, pillows, blankets. Like I said this place has it all. Now for all the extras... my twins played pool and poker daily with all the gaming paraphernalia available. Fishing from the dock was not good enough for my kids, they took the kayaks out and caught 4 large fish their first time out. Yes they have fishing poles here too. My daughter enjoyed her sunset bikerides around the very quiet and safe neighborhood and we all took dips in the pool. We even took the corn hole and beach chairs to the beach and the handy beach cart was so helpful. I would highly recomend this home to anyone wanting to stay in a home that litterally has it all and is away from the rush in a quiet area of town. We look forward to returning to Florida and would want to certainly stay here!

Great space and amenities for our family of 7. Pool table, darts, pool and hot tub were some of our favorites. Close to Matlache, Cape Coral, Fort Myers and local beaches! The private dock and pool deck make it perfect for any family!

We had a great time at this property. The extra amenities made it all the better as the pool/hot tub were the features my kids sought the most.

Awesome relaxing vacation.

Great house and having the pool right there was wonderful perk. The only suggestion would be the gas grill and dishwasher. Not all the burners worked on the grill and dishwasher didnā€™t run right to clean the dishes. But the rest was perfect.

Beautiful home-

House was beautiful and the pool and spa were perfect. Beds were not comfortable and if you are wanting to go do anything you have to plan at least a 30 min drive. It was very relaxing.

Paradise!

Jana was the perfect host. The property is immaculate and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi awesome. We loved playing a few games of pool on the beautiful table and darts when it rained. The tiki hut on the dock was perfect for watching the sun rise and set. Everything was more than we hoped for and we hope to return!

Peace and Quiet

We had a great week relaxing here! House had everything youā€™d need for a week away from home. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family- we sat on the dock too and watched the sunset.

Best Christmas Gift Ever!!!

The house was amazing, pool and hot tub along with a dock for fishing, all just as expected! Jana was very nice and gave us great instructions and everything was great. Whole family enjoyed.

Great games and pool

Our family stayed for a week just prior to the holidays. Jana was a great host and helped answer questions right away. We introduced our kids to poker and blackjack for the first time. Played a ton of billiards and spent many hours in the pool and hot tub. With all these amenities we hardly felt the need to leave the property which was good considering itā€™s over an hour to the beaches.

Lots of space for a family!

This house is very large which was perfect for our family. The pool, hot tub, pool table, kayaks bikes etc are all great! Everything you need for relaxation. Cons: multiple light bulbs out, small garbage can (doesnā€™t sound like a big deal except when you have to empty it repeatedly), kitchen has MINIMAL things-not a lot of pots and pans, cooking utensils, pot holders etc. kitchen sink has leak and dryer missing a handle. Additionally, the pillows are in need of replacing, as well as the very lumpy beds. This house has great potential but needs some things to make it more enjoyable. We spent most of our time at home, so cooking was a challenge. A little maintenance and extra care would make it 5 stars!!
