Things to Know:
- Flexible Cancellation: Enjoy peace of mind with a full refund option up to 30 days before arrival.
- ​​​​​​​Pool Heating: Pool heating is an additional $95 per day to heat to a max of 82 degrees.
- Pet Friendly: We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25 lbs). A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
- Respectful Stay: Strict enforcement of noise regulations to ensure a peaceful environment.
- Comfortability: In lieu of central HVAC, we have mini-split wall units in all bedrooms and our concrete floors can be heated for extra warmth. Floors are controlled via wall thermostat as desired.
- Safety First: Exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices are in place for your security.
- Supplies: We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
- No Smoking, No Open Fires: This property enforces a NO Smoking policy and NO open fire policy - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Rural Living: Please note that our home is located in a rural area where guests can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature. However, with this peaceful setting comes the inherent risks associated with outdoor environments. These include uneven terrain, local wildlife, cold weather and potential snow storms.
- Last Minute Winter Inquires: While welcome all last minute and/or same day arrivals, please note we cannot guarantee snow removal/plowing our driveway. Floor heat and pool heat typically takes up to 24 hours to heat.

Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!

What a great property! Great design details. The house was cool and modern with a mid century feel. The property is beautiful. The pond adds such a great backdrop and it was neat seeing turkeys, elk and birds. Loved it so much.

The home and property are simply beautiful. We loved the large windows and bench seating in the living area - we actually used this as a prime star viewing area at night. The house was spotless and the decor thoughtful, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything we needed was there and in excellent condition. Hosts were easily reached, great communication and information about everything was provided. We cannot wait to return!!
