Included is a 4 seater moke and 10 bicycles (adult) for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.
BEACH ACCESS Three public beach accesses a short distance from the home:
1. Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is located at the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, just across the street from Gulf Place rentals, shopping, and dining. This access is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Ed Walline Regional Access is unique among SoWal accesses with a two-story viewing platform overlooking the beach and gulf - a great place to spot surfers and dolphins.
2. Shellseekers Beach Access is a simple walkover at the end of Shellseekers Cove about one block south of Scenic 30A and a few blocks east of the Scenic 393 intersection at Gulf Place. It may be the most well hidden access in SoWal.
3. Spooky Lane Beach Access is at the entrance to Seahaunts Condominiums where Spooky Lane meets the Gulf. From the intersection of Scenic 393 at Gulf Place and Scenic 30A, travel east about 1/4 mile then south on Spooky Lane. There is parking for bikes only.

Ultimately, the best part of beach life is kicking off your shoes and feeling the sand between your toes. For sunset strolls and inspiring views, drift down to the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access. With ample parking, restrooms, bike racks and proximity to lifeguards in season, it couldn't be more welcoming.
Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 50 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a 40 minute drive.
HOUSE RULES *Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM *Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises. *No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. *No parties or events. *Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage. *Private Heated Pool With Spa **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Pool & spa are heated together. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. *During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

The quality of the home and cleanliness compared to the price of this rental is below par. We rent a large home annually in 30A and this is at the bottom of the list. The management team lacks attentiveness and clear communication skills. They also market a concierge service which is normal for homes at this price, but fail to deliver. There were issues with cleanliness in many sections of the home when we arrived and the trash bin outside was completely full. We were also given a list of chores to complete the night before departure including starting laundry loads on each floor for their cleaners. There is no pool alarm, only cheap door remotes which only work on two of the doors. For a group with many young children, this is concerning. The TVs didn’t work in two of the main areas. Only two towels are provided in each room, if you plan on staying more than a day be prepared to do quite a bit of laundry. This has the potential to be a great stay should management take these points into consideration.

We do want to clarify a few points mentioned in your review. Our homes are always stocked with linens based on the maximum occupancy to ensure every guest has what they need. We also include a starter amount of amenities which includes detergent pods for your use.
Regarding the TVs and door alarms, we did not receive any reports of these issues during your visit. We would have gladly sent a technician to assess and resolve these concerns immediately. The pool door alarms are professionally installed in accordance with safety regulations, and they are an important measure we put in place to protect all of our guests, especially those with children. Our team is available 24/7, and prompt guest support is something we take very seriously.
As for the concierge services, the team reported you would book your own beach chair service after they spoke with you.
We apologize that the cleanliness of the property did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness very seriously and have a walkthrough of every home prior to guest arrivals.We would have been happy to reach out to our cleaning team to address the areas that may have needed attention.
