Our stay was great! The property was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The host was quick to communicate and provided everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and will be looking to stay again.

Stay was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host was very quick to message or update stay details. I stayed for work and it had all amenities I needed. I only wish the listing stated the bathroom was outside, with compost toilet. I just wasn't expecting to have to go outside to pee, during a very rainy week.

We just wanted to let you know that our bathroom and shower are both clearly described in the property description as being outside the cabin in their own enclosed spaces -"On the outside of the retreat there is the enclosed shower house with hot and cold water. The toilet (Composting) is also outside in its own private enclosed structure."

Let me just say this was the best little retreat from Cooperstown Village. We finished and relaxed in between games. My son had an absolute blast. He caught more fish this week than he has his whole life. We caught a ton of bass a ton of crappy, and there was a great place to get bait at the local Morabito gas station. Todd and his wife were fantastic host.

We stayed for a short weekend trip in the autumn and we had a great time. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the owners and the beautiful views that this property had to offer. Definitely a 5 star experience!

The cabin was beyond beautiful. The view and the peace you wake up to it’s unmatched . Great Getaway. I would recommend 100 times over. The hosts communication and hospitality were great especially given our reason for traveling we felt welcomed from booking ! The room was very cozy and the set up was comfortable. Everything was easy to get to and easy to find.

Very much enjoyed our stay and was exactly what I was looking for. Actually exceeded my expectations! Extremely clean and comfortable. Todd was was friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. After being in Cooperstown All Star Village watching baseball all day it was nice to come back to a peaceful and relaxing environment. Grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend.John

The one-room studio is set alongside a manicured pond that sports a diving board and a fire pit with accompanying Adirondack chairs. With its cabin-like feel, the experience is one of outdoor serenity. The decor is understated but homey and comfortable. I enjoyed being in quiet surroundings with comforts of home.

Wonderful week

Beautiful place on the side of a mountain with a little pond to enjoy. We had the opportunity to explore both Delaware county and Otsego County. Well worth the stay!

Perfect stay for All Star Village! My husband and I had a wonderful stay here while our son played in the All Star Village baseball tournament. The location was convenient for getting to and from the tournament games. The owners are exceptionally nice, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond by providing great onsite amenities, including fishing poles and fresh ice, which made our stay so much easier. In between the busy schedule of baseball games, the onsite pond was the absolute perfect place for us to unwind, relax, and do some fishing. We highly recommend this property to any baseball couples looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

We had an amazing time! The property was beautiful, clean, private and everything that was represented in the listing - I would argue in some cases it’s actually better than the listing! The shower was clean, great water pressure, wonderful temperature and spacious. The air conditioning kept the cabin cool but leaving the door open for a breeze was perfect too! The hosts were welcoming and kind. They greeted us upon arrival and shared some information about their property. Honestly, it was a perfect visit. We were here for baseball so if your child is playing it’s a perfect distance! Only 25 min to the fields. Definitely would stay again!

Our son played in the Cooperstown tournament, so my wife and I stayed here. It was a perfect getaway (about 20 min from Cooperstown village). Beautiful property with pond, diving board (I wish I used), and little cabin was perfect for us. Had everything we needed for the week. Very comfortable space with AC and WIFI. Hosts were very nice.

What a beautiful stay!

From the Moment we arrived, Todd and his wife made us feel so welcome and went over all the details of the Beautiful bungalow! From the unbelievable scenery, beautiful pond and the immaculate grounds. , my sons and I enjoyed this retreat and stay so much. The accommodations in the room were excellent, delicious coffee, WiFi and comfy beds, the decor was also wonderful! I highly recommend this Beautiful cozy spot for any getaway! Thanks again Todd!

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was absolutely perfect! The property owner met us as we arrived in pouring down rain to be sure we were comfortable and settled. The space was cozy and had everything we needed, from a functional kitchen space to air conditioning. This was glamming at its finest. The property was stunning if you appreciate rolling hills and country living.

Todd was so welcoming and gave my brother and I a little tour when we arrived. He was so great and kind, and even gave us some recommendations for some local things. We were in town to go to a music festival at the Brewery Ommegang which was only a 30min drive from this property. It was absolutely perfect.
