Piper Ridge Condominiums are among the most desirable in the Stratton/Bondville area located on the Mountain just off the Stratton Access Road.

Piper Ridge has an exclusive Sports Complex within a short walk from this unit, containing an Indoor Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Racket Ball Court, Weight Room, Pool Table/Game Room, Lockers & Showers and Outside Tennis Courts.

The Piper Ridge Jitney provides complimentary door to slope shuttle service every 20 minutes. (See Owners Website for SHUTTLE SCHEDULE)

Our Piper Ridge Condo is a spacious Townhouse with Cathederal ceilings throughout. There are 3 quiet & very private comfortable Bedrooms in addition to a separate sleeping Loft each located on there own floor. The Master Suite Bathroom contains its own Jacuzzi and Private Shower.

The Open floor plan Great Room with 25 foot high Post & Beam ceilings, contains a ceiling high brick fireplace with ample relaxing seating.

The bright Kitchen includes 2 Counter Bars with Stools, Stove/Oven/ Dishwasher/ Refrigerator/Microwave/Toaster Oven/Toaster along with ample Pots, Pans, Dishes, Glasses & Utensils. The Country Dining Room with Table, Chairs and Breakfront comfortably seats 6-8 guests with room for expansion. The Laundry Room is conveniently located on the upper level. Ample Towels and Linens are provided.

Rear Sliding Glass doors open onto a large ground level Deck complete with a Gas BBQ and which overlooks a picturesqe Pond suitable for skating wheather permitting. The roomy entrance-way Mud Room along with a 1 Car Garage satisfies every Storage need.

The entire complex is located just on the other side of the Stratton Mountain Golf Course and only moments from the Chair Lifts.

Multiple week rentals are available and a Split Ski season (every other weekend) fom November to April is negotiable.

Great stay with ideal location

From check in to check out, our stay at this property was tremendous. 4 adults and 4 children under 9 we had more room then we needed. Form shuttle to mountain, to pool house at night with the family, we will definitely stay again.

Stratton getaway

We just got back from 4 nights at the Piper Ridge condo. It was perfect for my husband and I and my daughter’s family. The bedrooms were separated and there was a bathroom for every bedroom. The living room was a perfect size and there were several TVs throughout the condo.The condo was well situated with a shuttle on demand. We only skied 2 days because the weather wasn’t great. We did make use of the pool which the kids loved. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs and we would love to return someday.

Great house!

Ditto all of the other comments. Shuttle to stratten takes about 25 minutes bc the condo is the first stop, but super fast coming back bc it is also the first stop. Be sure to check the condos website for availability.

Great place for a family getaway!

We were looking for a last minute place for a family getaway - and this was a perfect spot. The owners were really easy to work with, great communication and everything went very smoothly. The condo was very spacious, clean and cozy feeling. Plenty of wood for the fireplace was provided, separate levels of space for the kids to play, and access to the pool club were all highlights of our stay ! We would definitely come back and stay here the next time we are in Stratton! A great find !! Oh and the shuttle pretty much will just pick you up at the front door to get to the mountain base !!

Outstanding Stay

Everything provided in the condo exceeded our expectations. It was great to have 3 bathrooms plus 3 bedrooms. The condo was very cozy, furniture very comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The shuttle service to the mountain was a wonderful perk. All in all this has been the best rental we have experienced in years!

Almost as good as slopeside

The convenience of the shuttle makes this property the next best thing to being slopeside at Stratton. The only concern I have is that only a half-door separates the master bath from the bedroom, but that's a minor issue. Everything else is great. Plenty of room, clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very communicative. The setup makes it very easy to load and unload all your stuff. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The owner was very friendly and accommodating and the condo was extremely well furnished and supplied with all that you would need for a relaxing get away. The close proximity to Stratton and the available shuttle service to/from the mountain made our travel very easy. I would highly recommend this condo.

For a great Stratton ski vacation, don’t look any further! We loved staying at this beautiful, multi level condo. Plenty of room for our family and friends to spread out. Owner is very professional, attentive and kind. Answered all my questions immediately. Free shuttle to and from Stratton Mountain was a added plus! Thank you for everything!

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Piper Ridge home and the skiing at Stratton. This home was perfect for our two families (8 of us) and the parents and kids all had a blast. The home is well equipped (kitchen, linens, etc.) and very convenient to the mountain, with a shuttle that makes frequent trips to Stratton. Sub zero temperature week with great ski conditions. The owner is responsive and accessible and a pleasure to work with. Great place, great time!

Comfortable and convenient to skiing

The condo was clean and the perfect size for our two families. It was nice to have the shuttle that ran to the ski mountain so we didn't have to drive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the living spaces cozy. We enjoyed using the sports center for the pool and hot tub after a day of skiing. All in all a fun stay!
