Cancelled before the first night was over.
I reached out to the host before check in to ask if we could do early check in because we had to cook as we was having a little friends eve where we cook and sell plates. We weren’t allowed to check in as early as we wanted but we still checked in. We aren’t from Syracuse btw. all the good was done cooking by about 11:30 pm, in which everyone started showing up to get their plate. I received about 2 calls from her telling me that there was too much in and out and that she could see it on her camera, I let her know that I wasn’t at the house at the time and would let her know what’s going on when I got back. She proceeded to harass and call every 5 minutes saying that she suspects that there’s a party going on and I reassured her no. I put my phone on the charger because it was dying and when I go to get it back I see a email from vrbo saying that my booking has been cancelled because I didn’t answer her phone calls. I seen that she was calling again I had answered and she said that she knows that we’re having a party and she cancelled the booking and we had to leave. I promised her that there wasn’t a party going on and we could even send her a video, but she was adamant, and also pointed out that we had alcohol on the property which I tried to tell her that she can’t control what other people bring in but it wasn’t ours. She told me to call vrbo support to see what they can do, she told support that we had to leave immediately which she could’ve told me, it was 2 am.
