It is located minutes to Red Rock Canyon, Red Rock Casino, shopping, Wet N Wild and more.

The living room features modern luxury décor with an LED flat screen internet Smart TV. Besides being centrally heated and cooled with dual pane windows, it also has a fireplace and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is at the opposite end to the master bedroom and has bay windows, comes fitted out with a Queen Size Pillow Top mattress with coordinated 1500 thread count linen, mirror and a walk-in closet.

The third bedroom has two beautiful white Alexandra twin beds with quality linen and bamboo mattress with night stand and mirror. This bedroom also has its own walk-in closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and amenities stocked with cookware, crockery, coffee machine, dishware, silverware, modern track lighting, and a pantry cupboard.

The dining area which also has modern track lighting, has a beautiful table setting and chairs. The kitchen flows easily into the dining room and living room.

There is a spacious fully appointed laundry. The kitchen opens onto a porch with outdoor seating.

The condo sleeps 6 people and is in a beautiful community that has pools, spas, a club house, an equipped workout facility, parking, playground/park, with expansive walkways and manicured gardens.

It is conveniently located in a prestigious suburb, within a few miles of the many casinos and entertainment venues that Las Vegas has to offer, the closest being the Red Rock Casino.
