This fully equipped apartment offers a complete experience of comfort and security. It has a Wi-Fi network maintained by a UPS, guaranteeing a stable connection, and two hammocks on the balcony for moments of relaxation. For your security, the apartment has an electronic lock, as well as essentials such as a carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detector.



The location is privileged, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, including the famous Cobal do Humaitá, as well as local markets and stores. Just 20 minutes from Botafogo metro station and 30 minutes from Botafogo beach, the apartment provides easy access to the city's main tourist attractions and conveniences.

In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our office.



No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).



The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the list cannot enter the building.



Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.



For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.



All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
