It was great. Had never been to Niagara and needed a place to land in the evenings where we could be together and relax. Way better to us than a packed motel. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area with a short drive. Worked out kind of perfect. The property is charming and really clean. Would stay again...

It was a great property. Close to what we needed. The property owner was nice and gave us ideas and things to do and see. Family friendly and very clean, which is so important to me. I would absolutely stay again when I go up.

The house was great, very clean and comfortable! Geoffrey was a great help with recommendations for restaurants and directions for getting around the area! Walked to the falls and several other places. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was very charming and within easy walking distance to The Falls, Skylon Tower and Tim Horton’s. The host was super helpful and provided lots of information. We loved being able to sit outdoors and hangout with our friends. We were visiting for a wedding and took lots of photos of our group outside because the house was a lovely backdrop. The kitchen was ver well stocked with plates, cookware, coffee and even plenty of spices.

Perfect location

If you want to visit Niagara Falls but don’t love the crowds, this is a great spot for you. The location was excellent and made getting to all things Niagara Falls easy. The back deck was perfect for quiet nights and mornings with a lovely breeze even on the hottest of days. The house was spotless and had AC which was a lifesaver as we arrived during a heatwave!

Charming house

This place was exactly as pictured. Lots of space if you need it. Fully stocked with kitchenware. Quiet neighborhood, but we could hear the falls while sitting outside. Definitely felt safe.Location is great, definitely felt safe.Owner was responsive and gave lots of local information.

Great Niagara Property

This house was perfect for 5 adults and teenagers. It is close enough to the Falls that you can walk but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Geoffrey was a great host.

Disappointed as it could be a cute, clean home

Jeff didn’t respond very well. I had to reach out several ways as not knowing if he was getting any if my messages. He finally responded just 2 days before my trip, stating he had a death in the family and would respond better from that point out. That wasn’t true. I left messages and when he called it was at 2 am. He never did advise why at 2am with no message. Also we arrived to the house and we were giving no tutorial of where things were or how to work Things like Tv. Once he left within a few minutes the toilet wouldn’t flush. I called and left a message and text twice he responded like 3-4 hours later. Had it fixed the next morning. The kitchen counters and stove were left dirty as we had to wipe down the dried up food left on the countertops and deep the kitchen floor. Picture of something was left in fridge, other items too- it was dirty also. Big black ants crawled all over kitchen and many in kitchen trash can. there was no air or heat upstairs and no ceiling fans. The bottom floor bed that is a day bed is in the front living room with no privacy curtains and bright light shines straight in and everyone walking and driving by can see straight in. It really wasn’t a bedroom It it is where he calls it a 3 bedroom. Otherwise it was a good place to sleep. Has good potential if Jeff would upgrade a few things: blow dryers for ladies with long hair. Ironing board that isn’t rusty and tear the floors up bc there is no protection on the legs. Had to use towels, curtains for the front room, new sheets that don’t have woollies on them, either stand up fans or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. No screen in one of the top rooms so can’t open windows.

We had a ladies week in Niagara Falls area on short notice and this VRBO was available. We also needed it to be wheelchair accessible and preferred close to the falls. It was a great fit for our last minute needs. I would recommend a smoother wheelchair entry to the back door but we managed successfully. The wheelchair accessible bathroom was plenty large enough to move around. The only tool I would recommend is a sit down shower chair be available that could be tucked in the nook beside the shower when guest are not in need of it. There was a notebook that gave instruction for check out but it didn't match up with text instructions for check out. There is a guest book to read and sign. I couldn't figure out the "critter" comments written in the book until the last night there. We had a rather large chunky ricky raccoon visit the recycle tub outside the back door. Lol. I had to bring it inside the back door until the next morning. Our host was wonderful and I would recommend this VRBO.

A very conveniently located property for a visit to the Falls

This house had everything that we needed for a reasonable price. It was well located within walking distance to the falls and easy driving distance to Lundy Lane for supermarkets.

Awesome stay

The house is very quaint. Upon our arrival Geoff meet us there to make sure everything checked out to our standards. He greeted us with a bouquet of flowers and Canada's famous Crème maple cookies. He was very informative on things to see and do on our trip and even gave us pointers on things to look out for as tourist. The home has a very nice kitchen with all essentials for cooking which we utilized every morning with coffee and breakfast. The backyard has a nice porch with tables and chairs you can sit and enjoy the squirrels and hear the roar of the falls. The house is in walking distance to a few of the casinos but we chose to drive. Parking was cheaper on the weekdays then during the weekend. The house was very clean and spaces. The mattresses were very comfortable on the beds. If I were to return to Canada I'd definitely stay here again.

When you travel a lot, you see a lot of vacation homes, appartments etc. Our experience so far was mostly good or very good. But on some occasions you just strike gold. And that's what we did with Geoffrey's great house in Niagara Falls. The house itself is quite old, spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds are great and there are two living rooms to choose from! There is a shower and a bathtub, which both served us well in the cold Ontario winter. There is wifi, a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The garden is huge and looked very nice, even covered in snow as it was. The house is in a very quiet residential area, a 15 minutes walk from the falls and all tourist attractions. There are bus stops near by from where you can get to all parts of the town. The closest supermarket is about 30 minutes walk. Try and avoid the Mini Market on the way to the Falls, the prices are ridiculous. Geoffrey is a great guy and impeccable host, who welcomed us at the door, had no problem with us coming in earlier and even drove us to the supermarket! He has great knowledge of Niagara Falls, including an extensive list of restaurants. Whenever we will return to Niagara Falls we will sure stay at his house again.

Niagara Falls-First VRBO ever!

The house was exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed being able to have family time at end of day and took advantage of being able to cook, and enjoy backyard and grill. Owner friendly and very helpful for any and all of our questions. Walking distance to bus stops and incline, or even to attractions if you choose. We enjoyed our stay.
