This was the most immaculate, well equipped and supplied place we have ever rented. The communication with the host was far above superior. "This was without a doubt the best property I have ever stayed. I am pretty critical and ultra observant but always try to have grace and understanding. None was needed for this property. EVERYTHING was perfect. The furniture, the decor, the deep-down cleanliness, the outdoor patio area and deck, the location; I cannot list everything. Even every light switch was labeled to make life so easy! There was not one single thing I could say we had issue with. The HOME (not house) was exceptionally cared for and well maintained. The coffee bar and snacks were sweet, but it was so much more. May I just say how outstanding the communication was from early on booking and throughout our stay. Early check-in was even offered although that could be because we came maybe a little early in the season. I can see that this property would be fully booked and very busy in full season if not year long. This was a perfect location. I would prefer staying here and driving into Raleigh rather than staying in the heart of Raleigh. This was in a nice neighborhood (something you don’t really know when booking) and quiet. Enjoy a peaceful sleep every night of your stay in one of the three tastefully decorated bedrooms. Each room has a Smart TV, nightstands, lamps with USB ports, storage space for your belongings, and a plush bed to sink into after a day outside. All bedrooms feature a king size bed with an adjustable bed frame, which is great when watching TV or reading a book.

Get ready for your day in one of the two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with heated toilet seat that has three different heat options for your comfort level. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bathroom and the other full bathroom is located outside the other 2 guest bedrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience, so don’t worry about packing those! You’ll also find plenty of fresh towels.

There’s also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer so that you can easily keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

Make delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook as if you were at home. You’ll even find a full charging station so you can plug your devices for convenient charging. Start your day off with a complimentary cup of coffee and enjoy it on the back porch.

The dining area is located off of the kitchen, with enough seating for everyone. The living area is comfortably decorated with seating for everyone, complete with pillows and blankets to snuggle up with. Sit back and watch a show on the Smart TV or plan your next day in Wake Forest using high-speed WiFi. You’ll find some games in the hall closet in case you want some family entertainment for a rainy day. Note that the indoor fireplace is inoperable.

Step out onto the back porch, a great place to sit back, relax, and hang out with your group. You have a selection of a screened-in porch for al fresco dining or the uncovered deck when the weather's just right.

*Smoking is only allowed outside (doors/windows closed). There is a $250 fee for smoking inside. There is a Minut device that can detect it (along with noise decibels - NO AUDIO recording).
