Right to privacy hours are from 10:00 P - 7:00 A. Overnight guest(s) only, not to exceed 14, are allowed during right to privacy hours.
Up to 20 guests are allowed from 7:00 A - 10:00 P.
Golf cart is available to renters - along with a wagon to take items to and from lakefront.
The key to golf cart will be in the secure lockbox with key to enter home.
Golf cart is available for transporting items to and from pier only. Drivers shall be 16 years or older and licensed. Golf cart use on public roads is strictly prohibited.
Any damages to golf cart, physical or mechanical, will be charged to rental. Damage charge(s) will be no less than $500 or actual costs for repair(s), whichever is greater.
Return keys to home and golf cart key to secure lock box prior to your departure. Failure to do so will result in charges for replacement key(s) and locksmith services. Minimum charge(s) will be no less than $350, or actual replacement costs, whichever is greater.
