Decorated by a professional interior designer, spacious, fully furnished and equipped with state of the art facilities seafront luxury apartment on the first floor of Sunset Boulevard in Grand Bay with breathtaking views over the magnificent lagoon and beautiful beach next to it.
3 air conditioned bedrooms with their independent bathrooms with toilet and shower. The master bedroom with its King size bed has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and opens up on the balcony with direct views, immediately over the lagoon. The second air conditioned bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom with its two single beds has an en-suite bathroom. The large air-conditioned living area opens up on the balcony. Surface area of approximately 176m2
NB. A minimum of 5 nights are required for the holiday makers except between 15/12and 15/01 where 12 nights are required.
Complimentary fast fibre optic Wi-fi available throughout apartment.
Large HD LED TV with satellite channels namely Canal Sat and DSTV with both French & English channels for sports, cinema, kids channels etc.
Laptop-friendly.
The apartment is serviced the whole week from 09h00 to 12h30 except on Sundays and on public holidays
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, and large dining table sitting up to 8 persons
Covered private parking for one car plus an additional uncovered parking
Fixed digital safe for Laptop
Alarm system and parking area equipped with CC tv cameras with real-time monitoring and 24hr onsite security.

Hello, I'm married to Melanie and love the outdoors and nice island. Roches Noires is our little paradise and love to share it with new guests. We have 3 labradors and love hiking and mountain biking in the sugar cane fields in Mauritius. We love meeting guests from all over the world and getting to know new cultures! We manage other beautiful bungalows/villas and apartments in Pointe D'Esny, Roches Noires and Grand Baie. Do not hesitate to ask us about these properties as well!

Airy, recently refreshed and tastefully decorated by an interior designer with views over the turquoise lagoon of Grand Baie with a wide balcony facing the ocean. Master bedroom view and access to balcony. All facilities and fully equipped kitchen and superb beddings. Direct access to the beach. Quiet, yet close to bars and restaurants, catamarans and deep-sea fishing. Covered parking space with 24hr camera and security monitoring. Private jetty and beach just 100m at the end of the quay.
