Fully equipped apartment with one bedroom and two bathrooms (with shower both), living room and a large terrace of 14m² that overlooks the large pool and gardens. (Parking space included).
The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump in all rooms, two sofa in the living room and garden furniture on the terrace.
The equipment is very demanding with all kinds of large and small appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, extractor fan, refrigerator, water heater, juicer, minipimer, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, etc.) . Tableware for 6 people, abundant household items.
It has a 50 "flat TV, DVD with USB and Divx reader, Satellite TV.
The bedroom and the living room have double curtains (normal and opaque).
The apartment is delivered completely clean and with bed and bath linen (sheets and towels) for each and every one of the guests.

Information about the area: The apartment is located in a quiet private urbanization with a large swimming pool and gardens only 450m away from Cala Anguila known for its blue waters and fine white sand, it is also located 350 meters from shops and restaurants, less than 2Km Portocristo Urban Center known for its marina (Sailing, Diving, yachts) and the famous Drac Caves. Likewise, the beaches of Cala Mandia and Cala Romántica are less than 800m and 2000m respectively. It is 10 minutes by car from large tourist areas with great leisure facilities such as Sa Coma, Cala Millor or Portocolom and Manacor (second city on the island) that has a large hospital, although Portocristo has a renovated health center. The distance to the airport is 50Km through the Palma-Manacor motorway. We can find 200m bike lane, less than 600m equestrian center, 2 km away there is a diving center and golf courses both north and south 15 minutes.
