Gorgeous Ocean View!! January Dates Available

We have reopened soon after a yearlong concrete restoration project. We look forward to see our guests back! New queen mattress and patio furniture. There is some ongoing contractor work being done on the front of the building as well as painting, but minimal disturbance. Please note: The pool is currently waiting on a part/new heater. The hot tub is up and running.

Relax in this cozy studio condo with an awesome view of the ocean! With a comfortable queen size bed, our place is perfect for a couple! There is a dual power reclining love seat, a breakfast bar and stools, entertainment center, and 43 inch smart TV. Please note that our unit has an oven, whereas some units in the building only have a stove top.

This third floor studio is privately owned. There are no blinds to deal with as we have replaced them with some nice drapes. The unique angle of the building provides our side unit with a beautiful view of the ocean from both the balcony and from inside the unit. Our balcony is the perfect place to watch fireworks being shot from the pier, gorgeous sunsets, and a view of Sun Splash Park next door.

This smoke-free condo has everything needed to make your trip complete including oven with stove top, toaster, refrigerator, single serve keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, microwave, ninja, iron, and linens. You can cook meals in the well stocked kitchen, use one of the pool side BBQ grills, or visit the large array of area restaurants.

For guests who are flying or prefer to travel light, you are welcome to use our personal beach chairs, umbrella, hair dryer, etc.

There are tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and charcoal BBQ grills located on the private pool deck to help make dinner fun and enjoyable. Relieve tension in the bubbly Jacuzzi. The pool is gated with access only to Harbour Beach Resort guests.

Our building is safe and in a great location. There is an exercise room, a game room with ping pong table, air hockey, pinball, etc, a snack bar, and on-site laundry facilities. An ice machine is located inside the snack bar. There are additional bathrooms conveniently located in the lobby.

On the beach, chairs, umbrellas, floats, bicycles, and four wheelers are all available for rent. A parking pass is provided for on-site parking with additional parking available across the street. Sun Splash public park is located next door. There are two restaurants 2 blocks from us beach side. One is Land Shark Bar and Grill with a Key West feel and the other is Crabbie's Oceanside offering seafood. Our building is a little over half mile (7 blocks) from the Main Street fishing pier which has Joe‘s Crab Shack Restaurant, Daytona Beach Boardwalk, arcade, shops, and clubs. The Ocean Walk Entertainment Complex with movie theater, restaurants, open air concerts at The Bandshell & much more is 2 blocks farther.

The Daytona International Speedway is located 5 miles away with The Daytona Beach Kennel Club featuring poker rooms 6 miles. Deep sea fishing charters and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse are a short drive away. Attractions such as Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Kennedy Space Center are all about an hour from us.
