Designed with a light, airy, coastal-inspired ambiance, this space will transport you to a tranquil seaside haven. One private garage, along with on-site laundry, to make your stay stress free. Walkable to the beach, downtown LB and restaurants on Broadway, you can scroll around on foot, bikes, scooters. Big 65" TV is a bonus.
NOTE: this is a 1 bedroom condo within a building complex in the beach area. This is NOT a luxury hotel. The owner will meet you on check-in and give you a welcome tour.

- Expect 150 to 400 MBPS download speed, very stable for video calls

- just 2 blocks north from Broadway, where many bars and restaurants are located
- few blocks from the beach, ~10min walk from door to sand
- short drive to downtown LB and Belmont Shores
Convenience
- building on-site laundry is right next to the unit, coin operated washer and dryer
- private single parking garage: quite NARROW but very LONG, standard 7ft high, fits a midsize sedan or SUV. 75" vehicle width ok, but anything wider most likely will not fit or it'll be extremely hard to get out. No pickup trucks
- 7-11 convenience store nearby
- Fast stable WiFi, along with desk and chair, for you to work from home
- Kitchen with all cooking basics and Keurig coffee machine
- Steam iron & hair dryer

- On-site private 1 car garage: 78" vehicle width, 210" long (no roof rack) vehicle will fit. Most medium SUV or sedan will fit. Anything longer or wider, absolutely no guarantee. Pick up truck will NOT fit, do not book.
- Street parking is NOT listed as an amenity. You will NOT find a street parking spot anytime after 4pm. Street parking is a real luxury in any beach town. If you find a street spot, you can leave it there for several days at a time, see Spot Angels app.
Check in
- No 24/7 concierge. No self check-in. Host will meet you within a 2-hour window of your choice and walk you through building and house rules.
- A simple, straight-forward identity check by 3rd party app must be completed prior to check-in
Laundry:
- Machines are not in the unit. They are in the laundry room in the building complex. Coin-operated machines, see photo. Several ($5-10) dollars per wash and dry load.
Electricity costs:
Up to $150 per month is covered. You are responsible for any excess usage upon checkout. It is plenty and you won't exceed the limit unless you leave AC/heater on for most of the day.
Limited one-time starter supplies provided:
You are responsible for buying refills for toilet paper, paper towel, soap, shampoo, coffee, dish and clothes detergent
House rules:
- 30+ days discount: due to discount applied, supplies are not provided and you are responsible for buying your own supplies, such as toilet paper and detergent. Unit comes stocked to make it extra convenient for you.
- strict no shoe policy: always remove shoes at the entrance and use new slippers provided
- please note there is no dishwasher
- no dog, no cat, no pets, no exceptions
- please note there is a doorbell security camera
- no loud noise or music at anytime
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on property and in the building. Smart wi-fi smoke sensors installed. $300 penalty fee, zero tolerance, no exceptions. If you must smoke indoor, do not book this property.
