ABOUT THE SPACE:
All the bedrooms, as well as the living room, have room darkening shades as well as lightweight privacy shades, so you can let the light in, or keep it out.
The living room has a long and comfortable couch and a cozy chair for ample seating. There is a smart TV for you to stream.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a full set of pots and pans, cooking oils and vinegar, and plenty of spices, making it perfect for you to cook meals during your stay.
Attached to the master bedroom is a second room set up with a desk and chair for you to have a private, dedicated workspace.
The second bedroom has a desk and chair in the bedroom for a work area.
The bathroom includes a shower over a tub.
There is a washer/dryer unit so you can do all the laundry you need during your stay.
GUEST ACCESS:
Access is easy with a digital smart lock for 100% self check-in, so no worry about when you will arrive.
The smart lock code is automatically sent to you on the check-in date a few hours before check-in time.
This is a first floor apartment with only 4 steps up to the building's front door.

I never imagined I would be a VRBO host, but I've found that I love hosting people! I am an avid traveler, and prefer vacation rentals over hotels whenever possible. I love the larger space, and being able to cook meals, and having more options around location.
After recently remodeling my home I decided to try the vacation rental approach, rather than going for long term renters, and it has been fantastic!
I love thinking about what type of experiences I have most enjoyed, and bringing that into my units. I love hearing about how much my guests enjoyed staying, and knowing that I played a small part in making their trip special 😊
