You won't feel cramped in this spacious, high ceiling, 2,685 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Everyone will have a bed which means no rock, paper, scissor on who has to take the air bed(no air mattresses :D) Take advantage of the spacious kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and relax in the living room with a 50 inch tv. To make the stay even more enjoyable we have a pool table and foosball table. You will be near family-friendly activities, delish restaurants and nightlife.

Entertain your guests in this spacious but homey house will full on entertainment. There is a fully stocked kitchen, large backyard, pool table, foosball, Nintendo Wii, Netflix and Hulu.

Celebrate special events comfortably with all your family and friends. You will have your own space in one of the 5 bedrooms. You will love the master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub. Your new home has plenty of space to sprawl out, enjoy yourself and relax.

ACCESS:
We have an electronic key system so you don't need to worry about meeting up to get a key and can have a hassle free checkin. (air mattress available upon request)

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Wells branch is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The location is also conveniently close to the highway without all the noise. It is less than 10 min from the Domain which has top golf, bars, food, and fun. Austin Parks and Pizza is a fantastic place to bring kids that is less than 10 minutes away (Go kart, games, bumper boats, mini golf etc)

Everything we needed

This property provided everything we needed for our trip! We were a group of 9, and the house easily accommodated all of us and there even was a bed to spare. The only negative review we have is of the shower in the master bathroom. The water pressure was very low, but we made it work. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay and was easily accessible from the areas of Austin that we wanted to explore -- downtown and Lake Travis. I would stay again.

Great family gathering!

This house provided plenty of room for us to spread out, a large dining table for meals together and the location couldn't have been better. One issue was that there is a bedroom downstairs, but no full bath...only a toilet/sink downstairs. Made it a little hard for mom who cannot manuever upstairs. We knew this in advance however after communicating with the owner. We made other arrangements and made it work. Otherwise, it was a perfect place for our family!

The house was great, it was perfect for seven adult women.

The house was great, it was perfect for seven adult women. The location was fantastic too with a nearby park, and easy access to the interstate. The beds were quite comfortable and the layout was worked well for our group. We enjoyed the big dining table and pool table for some downtime too! 5 starts, thanks again!!

Excellent house for large groups

This place was everything my friends and I were looking for. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. As a plus there were a lot of amenities that made staying at the house really fun.

Lovely stay

We had such a great time at Genevieves property! This was our first vrbo experience and it was such a blast. Very convenient for us and our bridal party to stay together. The only complaint I have is the neighbor right across the street was instantly rude and hostile towards us right as we pulled up so that was uncalled for but Genevieve had no control of that lady’s attitude. Only ran into her once so it wasn’t bad after that at least. Definitely would stay there again!

Work trip

The was very spacious and comfortable! There was 7 of us staying there for work, we all had our own beds and plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy if wanted!

House information

The house was a joy to be in. Very beautiful home! Could definitely tell the house is a party house with the scratches and marks on the walls and the couch leg that is broken. Looks like it had been tried to be fixed but didn’t work so it was difficult to sit on that couch without fear of the leg popping out. Other than the few things that were issues we absolutely loved the house and would love to rent it again in the future!

Awesome home!

Overall we had an amazing stay, the home was clean and neat, very spacious and just like in the pictures. The owner of the property was nice and had great communication with us! The neighborhood was friendly and nice, really closed to everything Loved it! Thank you!

Nice but tough to get a good nights sleep

Overall the house was nice, a great size fur our family. My biggest complaint was the beds. Most of them are very uncomfortable. Several didn't even have box springs they were just mattresses on low metal frames. We had a hard time getting a good night sleep. A very minor complaint would be the lack of kitchen cookery, dish rags and dish towels . I'm used to places having more pots/pans baking dishes, etc Cooking for 12 was a bit difficult. On a positive, having a dishwasher, washer and dryer was great , as was having the pool table, and the house was well stocked with garbage bags, soap etc Genevieve was very helpful with the few concerns we did have and while I didn't like having to load an app, so that we could lock and unlock the doors, it worked ok. There is park that is close for walking, biking. It was very cold when we were there so unfortunately the pool was closed. We had an easy drive to downtown Austin and enjoyed many trips downtown.
