This beautiful home features two distinct zones, each with its own fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring that everyone has ample space to relax and unwind. Whether you’re cooking a meal together or enjoying a quiet coffee in your own space, our house caters to all your needs.

The home has four bedrooms, with two located in one zone, and the other two in a separate end of the house for maximum privacy. Each living area features 2 dining sets and 2 loveseats.

Zone A:
• Master bedroom equipped with a King-sized bed;
• Another bedroom - with two Queen-sized beds;
• 1.5 bath.

Zone B:
• Two bedrooms with Queen bed in each room;
• 1 bath.

Swimming Pool: enclosed in a screened pool cage! The pool is currently not heated (the pool heater is available for a surcharge $300/week or $1000/month for 8 hrs/day heating).
