It is located just 10 minutes by foot to Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées), to Trocadéro (Eiffel tower) and to Palais des Congrès (Airport shuttle connections). Reachable transports are suburb lignes 2, 1, 6 and 9, direct busses to Opéra (Galeries Lafayette) and to Jardin du Luxembourg (Sorbonne – quartier latin), local train RER C & E (Versailles and La Défense) and the recent tram 3.

The studio is on the 6th floor (no lift) partly under the roof and on the garden side. It is cosy furnished with a bed-sofa for 2 people, a desk and a large table for 4 people. You can make the cook at home due to fridge-freezer, oven, hotplates, microwaves, coffee-maker, toaster and Nespesso (caps available on request). Bathroom includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

Bed sheets and towels are furnished.

Facilities are numerous in the neighbourhood. Bakery and pharmacy are at the bottom of the building, laundry and mini markets (including on Sundays until midnight) are at 2 minutes afoot, commercial streets and gallery are at 4 to 5 minutes afoot.
