However, I'm very concerned about the difficulties you experienced: ·       Communication Delays: My apologies for the delay in responding to your text messages. We kindly ask all guests to communicate via the Vrbo platform, where I typically respond within 1-2 hours. ·       Early Check-in: We were happy to approve your early check-in at 11 AM (our standard is 3 PM). ·       Garage Access: I understand your disappointment, especially if you've had garage access at other Fargo properties. This particular home's listing doesn't advertise garage access, and this was noted in the property description. ·       Exterior Downspout: I'm truly sorry the elevated downspout was a tripping hazard, particularly for your mother. While it's there for a reason, it can be easily adjusted to clear the walkway for your mother. ·       Kitchen Supplies: I apologize that the kitchen wasn't as well-stocked as you needed. I'm actively updating our kitchen inventory to ensure it comfortably accommodates larger groups. ·       Sleeping Arrangements & Guest Fees: I'm sorry for any confusion or discomfort regarding the sleeping arrangements and extra guest fees. The home is advertised to sleep 7, and the additional guest charge was clearly outlined in the property description. ·       Uncomfortable Sofa & Metal Legs: I'm so sorry you experienced discomfort and injury from the sofa's metal legs. We did not receive any notification of injury during your stay, and this is the first time we've heard of sofa discomfort in years of hosting. We'll certainly inspect the sofa and address any issues, as this is not the experience we want for our guests. We do provide extra comforters in closets and throw on sofas for added comfort. ·       Loose Toilet Seats & Microfiber Sheets: Thank you for highlighting the loose toilet seats; I've tightened them. ·       Regarding the sheets: We use high-quality, pricey Egyptian cotton sheets purchased from Sam's Club, not microfiber sheets as you mentioned. ·       Damaged Hoodie in Washer: I am truly sorry to hear that our washing machine ruined your son's new hoodie and bleached other items. The previous washing machine was older and couldn't handle heavy loads. We have since replaced it with a brand-new machine. Your feedback, even in areas where we fell short, is incredibly valuable.
