One of 9 apartments in an old historic building with stairs but all brand new furniture and appliances. We will make you fell like you are staying in our home!

Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. Fenicci’s restaurant located on the first floor of the building.
Great little apartment for one or two guests in the center of Hershey. Not a studio but a small cute one bedroom to work, sleep and make a quiet dinner in. Or take a stroll down Chocolate Ave to one of many downtown restaurants or sit back and watch the roller coasters from you windows. Unique and fun, it is what you are looking for and more. This historic one bedroom apartment was the perfect place for me to call home while visiting Hershey. Having a great restaurant like Fenicci’s downstairs was a bonus. Don’t forget to use your discount for staying upstairs. Great location to historic Hershey!

Excellent proximity to Hershey Park. We had a great 4 days. The walking access to the park was closed but the drive is less than 10 minutes. Covered parking was suprisingly always available, close and clean.

This place was a fantastic stay and the view we had on the top floor was awesome! The host and cleaning staff were very helpful and responsive and even left us a little welcoming gift upon our arrival. They also give you 10% off at the restaurant downstairs (we are pretty sure the same people that own the restaurant also own the rooms upstairs). We ate there in our last day and the food was amazing. We definitely would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for about 2 1/2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Perfect little place for staying in Hershey! Excellent location with the most popular Chocolate Ave restaurants walkable. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. The smell of the food made me so hungry and it tasted just as good! Only thing I will say is if you are an early bird to bed, you can hear all the fun going on down on the patio, thank goodness I’m not an early bird!

Very nice place

I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this apartment. Centrally located a very good pick for a place to stay while visiting Hershey. Having had a few personal issues of our own we could not have asked more from the host, they were top-notch. They went above what was expected.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was very clean.. Had everything that I needed. Had a bottle of wine and chocolate. The heater in the living room did not work, but it was warm enough with the heater in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathtub was very nice. It was very close to my event. It was quiet. I had to walk around the corner to get to the parking, but that was not bad. The stairs going up are very narrow, so had a little snugness with my suitcase getting up. I could not get the door unlocked at first and had to call and someone came over and helped me right away. Overall, it was fine for what I needed.

Everything was just fine with the stay. Very clean and comfortable. Directions were all clear. It was noisy at night till after 1am but we expected that from the reviews and it didn’t bother us. Only issue we really had is this listing says it’s a 14 minute walk from Hersheypark Stadium which is why I booked this as we had a concert there and didn’t want to drive. It’s closer to an hour walk and we had to get an uber both ways. Since you don’t get the actual address until after booking, we took the posting as truth to the shorter walk.

Weekend stay

Overall a fantastic time! Only negative was the late night menu that didn’t exist at the restaurant. We hurried back from a concert hoping to get some food at Fenicci’s but we were told the kitchen was closed for the night. On the check in instructions it said food was served till midnight. The host might want to update the page and also omit that you need to ask for someone at the restaurant before you check in. Great stay!

Paper thin walls!

If you’re staying here for the proximity to the park and getting a good night sleep after spending the day walking around this is not the place to stay! The restaurant downstairs was so loud it felt like the guest were in my living room. It continued to stay loud until at least 1:30 am! Obviously not the fault of anyone but it is ridiculously loud our first night I thought a group of people were getting into a fight on down the hall where we were staying but it ended u being people eating at the restaurant down stairs our last night there, I was up past 2 am because the staff were down stair screaming profanity at each other. It was absurd! I had a small child with me and it would wake her up throughout the night! Will definitely be looking for other places next time!

Yea it was an anomaly. By the time we found out the group walked to our closed patio from another bar it was too late. I’m sorry As you can see from our amazing reviews this is not the norm

To start off, I would like to say that the owner was nice and somewhat communicative when it came to questions/help. However, throughout the stay, the issues that were had continued to arise. The first few main issues I and my s/o had with the room were the bugs. One being in the dresser (picture) and one on the floor walking into the bedroom. The second main issue doesn't have much to do with the room but more with the big selling point with it. That being the Vrbo being within walking distance to the park. Before booking this Vrbo, it stated the park was an 11-minute walk, and in the host notes, it stated it was a 20-minute walk. However, taking that walk Tuesday morning, we came to find out that the road used to walk to Hershey was closed as well as the sidewalk, so there wasn't even a way to walk to Hershey that was remotely close to those 2 times prior (picture). That is the MAIN reason we booked this Vrbo. There were a few smaller issues we had, like the carpet that clearly wasn't vacuumed and was quite dirty, as well as the kitchen, when we arrived (pictures), there was someone else's sock under the bed, and the sheets were extremely dusty, so we didn’t end up sleeping under the covers. Regarding the door issue, the owner should put in the notes after the purchase to only unlock the bottom lock as well as that the door has issues with opening. Overall this place was not worth the money.
