Enjoy beautiful west-facing ocean and mountain views from your 8th-floor Ko Olina Beach Villa, perfectly positioned for spectacular Hawaiian sunsets. Located in Oahu’s premier resort community, you are just steps from the famous Ko Olina lagoons with calm white-sand beaches.

Your vacation begins as you enter the Ko Olina Resort community with two miles of stunning coastline featuring four crystal-clear lagoons, a championship golf course, and a full-service marina offering sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing adventures.

After your travels, settle into island time in your villa. We welcome you with a Basket of Goodies for everyone to enjoy. Relax on your private lanai and take in the peaceful ocean and mountain views before beginning your island adventures.

Your villa combines the comforts of home with luxury resort living. Enjoy plush towels, soft bedding, bathroom amenities, a full-size washer and dryer. Plus, beach equipment to include beach cart, beach chairs, oversized beach towels, cooler and beach toys.

The gourmet kitchen—designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi—features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare anything from quick snacks to a full dinner.

Resort amenities include lagoon and lap pools, a sand-bottom children’s pool, hot tubs, dry sauna and steam room, Koi ponds, Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues, and beautifully landscaped grounds, plus the beach is just a hop skip and jump away!

Ko Olina is located on the sunny side of Oahu, about 21 miles from Honolulu Airport. You can stroll to Ko Olina Station & Center for dining and shopping, or take a short drive to Kapolei for Costco, Target, restaurants, and entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful three-bedroom beach villa in Ko Olina! The villa was absolutely superb—spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our stay. We especially loved the location. Ko Olina offers a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere while still being conveniently located and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do on the island. The lagoon was perfect for relaxing and never too busy.Check-in was incredibly easy and seamless with Shane, and Holly was wonderful to work with—very communicative, responsive, and both were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Everything about our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The villa AC worked very well and the we had everything we needed inside the villa to make our stay wonderful! And to say our view of the sunset was stunning does not do it justice. Absolutely breathtaking!We truly loved our time here and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay on Oahu. We are already having discussions about returning! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay in Ko Olina. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and all found the beds to be comfortable. The view from the lanai was lovely, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee and watching the sunset over the ocean. The binder of information in the unit was very helpful and we enjoyed seeing some of the recommended recipes and places to eat included. The host management was easy to contact and very responsive. The property was very nice as well, we only used the non-quiet pool and enjoyed it quite a bit. The ease of access to the Honu Lagoon was wonderful, and the walking path was really nice for morning walks. The beach bar was nice for a quick snack or post-beach drink. Overall we would happily stay here again if our travels include Oahu.

This spot was the perfect home for our family vacation. 5 people fit perfectly, with tons of space to relax and be together. We loved the large deck for taking in the view in the morning. Amenities were great, beach and pool were easy access and very nice. We will definitely be back! Holly was a wonderful host

A very beautiful condo. Well cared for. I stayed 11 nights with my parents and four daughters. The toy bin was stocked with chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear etc! Made it much easier than trying to go out and buy items we wouldnt take home with us. Stores were close for groceries. Very friendly staff. And Holly was amazing! She was very kind and personable and checked in a few times with phone calls. We will definitely be coming back! Wonderful experience! Mahalo!

A Wonderful Place for a Family Getaway

This was our first time in Ko’Olina and we had an excellent time. The beach was perfect for our family as was the beach walk between the properties in the area. We hope to return.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental!

Super nice condo with great views. Nicely located near lots of food but not too close to the over crowded areas! The facility is super clean, quiet and relaxing! The owner was great and very responsive and helpful! This one is a great choice!!

Great stay!

Everything was great! We loved the location--beautiful and a little away from the busier Waikiki location. The lagoon right outside the building was fabulous and it's also a great central location for a variety of activities around the island. Would definitely stay here again.

All we ever dreamed of and more!

The most beautiful and peaceful area of the island, and a beautiful resort! The condo was absolutely perfect and all the staff were very helpful and nice. This was a perfect 5 star resort.

The stay at this Ko Olina property was amazing! The views from our lanai were incredible. Gorgeous sunset views. The lagoon was never crowded and perfect for our family. Highly recommended!
