Absolutely gorgeous loft! Everything was perfect, from the flawless check-in, convenient parking, awesome location, well equipped, meticulously clean space. I can't say enough good things and would definitely love to stay here again when we're in the area!

Great place to stay in Cleveland, especially if in town to attend events at Progreesive Field or Rocket Arena. Great location, really nicely furnished and decorated space. Overall great property. Would love to stay again pj any trips to Cleveland.

What a hidden GEM!! Our stay was 20/10. The condo is absolutely GORGEOUS! Everything is clean, updated and in perfect condition. Beautiful styling and Christmas decor!! Location cannot get any better in relation to all major downtown attractions. Kelly is so sweet and responsive. Probably my favorite rental ever. THANKS KELLY AND JASON for a wonderful city night!! Looking forward to renting again.

Kelly was fantastic to work with! Check in was a breeze and parking is literally right next door- and very inexpensive! The loft is beautiful, it is so clean and welcoming. It was just my husband and I, you could easily have other people. There is so much room. The linens were so soft and the towels were elegant! We were passing through town and needed a place to stay. We caught a ball game while we there. It was a five minute walk. I would not hesitate to go back! Thank you Kelly.

The home was wonderful! We had a great overnight in Downtown CLE! We will def remember this spot in the future when we come to watch the Guardians play! The ONLY reason I am giving 4/5 stars, the parking situation is a little more difficult. The parking lot behind the loft isn’t able to be used overnight, according to the parking lot staff. That was a bit of an unexpected challenge, and we received a ticket that we had to pay- so that wasn’t super great! So keep that in mind when you’re parking, just go to the garage across the street! Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!! Thank you so much!

Kelly was amazing in communications and answering questions prior to and during our stay. It was so simple to check in and park across the street. The loft is absolutely stunning and clean and felt like home. It was perfect for going to two Guardians games as it’s just a few steps through a parking lot to Progressive Field!! Also, there are so many great restaurants and bars literally right under or beside the loft. An amazing breakfast a couple blocks away. It’s also surprisingly quiet to sleep being in the middle of the city. It’s a beautiful place with the perfect downtown location. The rooftop patio is great to be outside and you can see Progressive field! You won’t find a place like it! All my friends asked about this place because of my pictures and I’ve already referred many. Stay here!

The photos did not reflect the actual condition of the house. It was poorly maintained - the yard was overgrown and not taken care of and the house was not taken care of either. CONS: Ceiling fans were full of dust, cob webs in the corners of the bedroom walls, holes all over the walls, kitchen sink faucet missing a handle so you could barely turn it on. Floors weren’t clean on arrival, there was debris on the floor from the poorly maintained front yard. Kitchen poorly stocked, bathrooms poorly stocked. Bathroom towels had stains. Only enough toilet paper for maybe a 2 day stay. The washing machine was smelly and made the kitchen smell, we had to close the laundry room door to help with the smell. The wood ceiling to the outdoor patio was rotting and falling. Outdoor furniture was very dirty and couldn’t be enjoyed. Old dog poop in the yard. PROS: Location was great, close to shopping, restaurants, anything you may need. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to requests. The two beds that we used were soft and comfortable. Check in/out was easy and simple. I personally would not stay here again.
