Your vacation begins the moment you arrive at the Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort, greeted with a warm smile and friendly wave as you enter this beautiful 2-mile coastal community featuring premium ocean views, four crystal-clear lagoons with white-sand beaches, a championship golf course, and a full-service marina for sailing, snorkeling, scuba, and fishing adventures.

Once you check into your 15th-floor, 180-degree panoramic ocean and mountain view Penthouse*, your dream vacation truly begins. Because we understand how the first day of traveling can be challenging, we’ve got your back with a Basket of Goodies for everyone to enjoy. Take a moment to sit back on your lanai, relax, and take in the picturesque views before your island adventure begins.

Our 15th-floor penthouse is extremely private, with only four villas on the floor. You’ll enjoy an abundance of deluxe amenities, including plush towels, super-soft bedding, bathroom niceties, and a full-size washer and dryer. Plus enjoy oversized beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys! The signature state-of-the-art kitchen—designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi—features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware needed to prepare a gourmet dinner or casual afternoon snacks.

The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon-style pools, a sand-bottom pool for kids, spas, a dry sauna and steam room, Koi ponds, the Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues, and a smoke-free environment. And of course, the beach is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Location, Location, Location: Known for its mild tropical climate, Ko Olina is located on the sunny side of Oahu, just 21 miles from Honolulu Airport. This peaceful resort community is home to only three other luxury resorts. Take a stroll to Ko Olina Station & Center for unique shops, a variety of restaurants, and the Island Country Market, or enjoy a short drive to Kapolei for Costco, Target, local shops, dining, and entertainment.

Breathtaking!This condo is everything we could have wanted, amazing view close walk to the beach with every beach thing you need (chairs, wagon, toys, snorkling equipment). The pools were great, super clean and open late. The furniture in the condo was comfortable and a joy at the end of a long day exploring, to snuggle up and watch a movie. We loved the welcome basket, what treat to start our stay off with. Everything in the condo was very clean. We would recommend this place to anyone, and cannot wait to come back!

We arrived a bit late, but the check in process was very easy. The villa was immaculate upon our arrival and had a fully stocked kitchen. As many reviews indicate, we will join in saying how much we loved the lanai and the incredible views! We spent very little time inside and loved the convenience of the walking trails and local restaurants (all the recommendations were VERY helpful too!). There is nothing you need when you stay in this villa - it is extremely well appointed and we highly recommend! Thank you to the gracious hosts, Gregory and Maryam as well as Holly and Shane for making our experience in Ko'Olina and the Beach Villas a wonderful memory!!

Great place to stay

We have a membership at the Aulani and have had family stay at the Beach Villas and it is wonderful. The location cannot be beat and it is quieter and the views are insane.

One of the best locations to stay on the Island

Pro's: The condo is in a good location. The property managers were very responsive.Con's: "Penthouse" condo is NOT on the top floor. The condo is getting long in the tooth. The door lock had to be replaced as it stopped working. The washing machine worked about 25% of the time. Water was leaking from the rain inside the patio door. The common areas are small. No real area to store groceries. The "family" room is tiny. The pool is nice but be prepared there are no umbrellas to be found anywhere. Finally, the owner should spring for the 0.50 for salt and pepper shakers in the condo. Value for the money paid: Poor. I would not pay more than 700/night for this condo.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. The door was addressed during your stay, and while we weren’t aware of any concerns with the washer at the time, it has since been checked to ensure everything is working as expected. Our onsite team performs monthly checks to keep the villa in excellent condition, and if anything comes up, it’s taken care of quickly. From time to time, certain items may be refreshed or swapped out as part of maintaining our standards. We’ve also taken a closer look at the patio door following the recent rains to make sure it’s properly sealed. To clarify, the villa is located on the 15th floor (one level below the top), within the penthouse tier of the building (11th floor and above), offering expansive views and added privacy. We have updated our listing to make this even clearer for future guests. Regarding the layout, the unit follows the original resort design. While space and storage may feel different depending on expectations, many guests find it comfortable for their stay. Our villas tend to be larger in size than a typical hotel room. The pool and shared amenities are managed by the resort, and we will pass along your feedback regarding more umbrellas beyond the existing ones for the tables and chairs area, as we agree that shade is important for guests. As for the kitchen, we do provide salt and pepper. We are sorry these weren’t available during your stay and will review this with our team to ensure consistency moving forward. We always strive to provide a great experience, and we’re sorry this stay did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us continue to improve. Thank you, Holly

Great location

Very spacious, quiet condo with an awesome view. It felt like home away from home. Close proximity to all restaurants and shopping at other Ko Olina properties, but still away from the crowds and the noise. Manager Holly is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Fabulous!

Great location, view, property staff, and owners. Everything was clean, organized and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. Our flight was delayed 5 hours, but the staff was very understanding and accommodating. We hope to return soon!

Family birthday vacation

Wonderful time

We were here with our adult children and this was our first time on the island. Booking and communication with the property manager was great. This is a beautiful property and great location with something for everyone. The penthouse was clean and the view amazing! It was great to have the fully stocked kitchen, with a lot of eating and shopping nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool, incredible lagoons and the gym. Great place to stay on Oahu!

Lovely and relaxing

Loved our wary. Easy check in. Accommodated an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. Had great kitchen starters and lots of beach toys, floaties, and chairs. Would def stay again. Thank u!

Perfect property

The condo has incredible views and is very spacious. The host (Holly) is fantastic to deal with. If you have an issues they are there to help. We will return to this property!

Property was as advertised.... property manager was extremely helpful throughout our trip...many activities to do at Marina nearby ( Trident Adventures and KoOlina ocean adventures) the unit furnishes beach chairs and a toybox full of beach equipment

Ko’olina gem

From the time I rented the flat online to my check out the experience has been brilliant. The view from lanai isn’t breathtaking and the Ko’olina location was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. My daughter and I had the best time. Looking forward to returning again!
