We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at the cabin. Indoor and outdoor spaces were as advertised with all the amenities we needed. There are newer appliances and a variety of cookware for meals. We found it really quiet at night, perfect to take advantage of the hot tub and porch. The cabin is close to Townsend and a short drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Cale was easy to reach via messaging and responsive with questions and helpful information on the cabin. Recommend watching the video on navigating the driveway. It’s on a hill like most cabins in the area, but we quickly got the hang of it. Overall great stay.

We had a nice, relaxing trip. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We cooked two nights—had plenty of kitchen items to do this. Love the hammock swings!

We had an excellent, relaxing stay at this cabin. It was well stocked, decorated very cozy, and a great get away for a couple. Both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs were a great bonus. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, and the location put us close to plenty of good dining and activities. There are quite a few stairs leading up to the cabin, but the place is absolutely worth it!

Mini Stay for sister's wedding and couple's getaway

Very cozy atmosphere along with professional and prompt responses throughout our stay to help get us settled in. One of the more unique cabin experiences with the light's and the decor set up around the whirlpool tub. Very soothing and relaxing. Prime spot for a tranquil stay but not too far from the higher travel tourist destinations like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and just minutes away from Tuckaleechee Caverns and horseback riding!

Pleasant stay

Nice cabin with privacy. We found it exactly as described. Communication with the host was great. We made the host aware of an issue and it was taken care of immediately. Recommend.

Well equipped cabin in a wonderful setting

Beautiful cabin on the side of a hill with everything you need. Hot tub was great after some Smoky hiking. Even used the indoor jet tub the first night, before getting familiar with the outer perimeter of the house. Great hosts with lots of good tips and communication! Very convenient to lots to do in Townsend and the nearby Smoky Mountains.

Mountain Cabin

My wife and I enjoyed a weeklong stay in this beautiful cabin. It is in a resort, but we felt very secluded. It’s the perfect location if you want to stay on the peaceful side of the Smoky’s. Many activities and only a 40 minute drive to Gatlinburg and PF. On our last day, we were visited by a momma bear and her two cubs. We were on the 2nd floor deck and had an amazing view while feeling safe. Such a wonderful experience.

First off, I will say the property is in a beautiful location, and we enjoyed our stay. That being said, there were several issues. First, the hosts sent us 8 individual messages within 36 hours of our stay. Several were repeats, some were irrelevant, and others seemed as if they were preparing for complaints. They provided instructions and a video for getting to the cabin on check in day, however that did not prepare us for how difficult (and dangerous) it would be. Had we known, we would have rented a 4x4. Also, there were many, many steps up to the cabin which we were also not aware of. We arrived after 8pm; there were no lights on. All the solar lights on the stairs and front of cabin were not working, We were asked to "use the bathmat" prior to arrival, and once we did, we knew why. The bathroom floor was warped and damaged from the water. However we discovered quickly this was due to the dripping shower head (the tub also dripped). We were told their was an ironing board, but we could not find it. So we messaged the hosts about it, and mentioned the dripping plumbing and solar lights. They said they would check on the ironing board but never got back with us. They sent maintenance people to fix the other issues. These people were disheveled, looked under the influence, and fixed nothing (despite telling our hosts they fixed the lights). They also got stuck for 90 mins trying to get out of the property. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher barely worked.
