Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The sheets referenced in the review were absolutely clean and freshly laundered. Unfortunately, a pen accidentally made its way into the dryer with a load of linens and left permanent marks on several sets. I am meticulous about laundering all of our bedding and linens, and at the time I made the decision not to discard nine otherwise perfectly clean sets of sheets solely because of cosmetic ink marks. I completely understand, however, that the appearance could have been off-putting, and I apologized and explained what had happened so that F and her family knew they were in fact clean. Those linens have since been replaced. Regarding the hammock and fire pit, neither is listed as an amenity available to guests, so I was surprised to see them included as part of the review of the property. We are very careful about accurately representing what is and is not included with the rental. I’m also not sure what specifically was considered to be “in disrepair,” as that was not brought to my attention in a way that gave me an opportunity to address it during the stay. I take the care and cleanliness of our home very seriously and am always happy to address a legitimate issue when one is brought to my attention. I gave F and her guests an early check in per her request, I was available for any questions and concerns they had, having extras delivered upon request. I also want to note that we were present in the house the day after her group left and there members of our family had a full day of work, including zooms and had no trouble whatsoever ever. we took a internet speed test with spectrum and it was high, I cannot upload a picture of the reading within 24 hours, I am sorry that at the time the guests were struggling with it and in the future you can unplug the modem and reset, it seems to do the trick. I appreciate the feedback and will continue to make improvements where appropriate, new hammock has arrived and I will add it to amenities.
