The Space:

Designed for real stays and real comfort, this contemporary 2-bedroom suite combines hotel-level finishes with the warmth of home living. Located on the second floor, this bright and thoughtfully laid-out space is perfect for couples, families, or business travelers looking for an elevated Toronto stay.



Each bedroom features a plush King-size bed, calming neutral tones, and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings in. The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, soft hotel-quality towels, and everyday essentials for added convenience.



The open living area is designed for both downtime and productivity, with a 60” Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and comfortable seating — ideal for streaming, remote work, or hosting a cozy night in. Just off the living space, step onto your private patio with outdoor seating and a central gas BBQ for relaxed meals under the open sky.

The Neighborhood:

St. Clair West is a catch-all neighbourhood we use to describe the area that runs along St. Clair West starting from Avenue Road to Westmount where Corso Italia begins. It encompasses micro hoods like Wychwood Park, Oakwood and Hillcrest.



Don't Miss:



- Wychwood Barns Market: This renovated streetcar maintenance facility is home to artist studios, greenhouses, a farmer’s market, a beach volleyball court, and a public green space. They host regular pop-up events. In the winter — weather permitting — there’s a Canadian-backyard-style skating rink on the grounds. BYOS (bring your own skates) or simply sip your coffee and cheer on the shinny hockey players.



- Casa Loma: A gothic revival castle-style mansion and garden. Guided tours provide insight into the history of the landmark, and it also functions as a premium event space, and restaurant, and hosts various events and performances throughout the year.



Getting Around:

The St. Clair 512 streetcar travels into the downtown core. For cyclists, bike lanes along Rogers and Davenport Roads make getting around easy. The Gardiner Expressway is also located south of this community.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



• As this property is located in a vibrant area, some street noise and sounds from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.



• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.



Additional Services:

• Rent a highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in.

•For stays of 7+ nights, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee and required for stays of 21+ nights. Please book 48–72 hours in advance; guests must step out during service.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

Awesome but noisy

This place was exactly like the pictures, very clean, comfortable beds (the listing says 1 king bed1 single bed, but it is 2 king beds), well furnished and a lovely patio. Communication was excellent and they even accommodated us for an early check-in request. Paid parking lot at reasonable rates a short walk away was also a plus.The only downside was that this location was very noisy and nearly impossible to sleep at given the proximity to the street car track directly out front. That is probably my fault as it could have been avoided by viewing the property on Google maps.
