• The suite is up a flight of 16 steps.

• There is one designated spot is available behind the building. Additional cars are not permitted.

(All guests must register their vehicle details with us before or upon check-in. Unregistered vehicles or those parked in the wrong spot risk being towed.)

As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay.



• Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
