The house was great, nicely appointed with everything we needed. The pool was clean and beautifully maintained but was not heated so too cold to swim in. The hot tub was great!! Communication with Marybeth was excellent!!

Stayed for a work trip

We had a great time! The house was very clean, the pool was amazing, and the rules and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Mary Beth was a fantastic host; responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here!

The home was the perfect size for our family gathering—spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The pool and backyard were major highlights, especially in the warm Yuma weather. My grandson had a blast with the kids' toys, plenty of space to run and play, and of course, cooling off in the pool.The grassy yard was a rare and welcome surprise in Yuma, and we were genuinely amazed by how cool and comfortable the backyard felt.Inside, the home struck the perfect balance between clean, neat, and cozy. There was even enough room to host dinner with my parents, which meant a lot to us. Especially nice to have our meals outside. It was also very accommodating for my mother—she was able to move around comfortably with her cane, and we appreciated how accessible everything was for her needs.

Beautiful property and excellent hosts

We loved our 30 day stay here. I wish I was back there now! The house is in a perfect location and the backyard, pool and spa are beautiful, lush, and private. Thank you Mary Beth, and Dave for a wonderful stay!

Desert oasis

The true gem in the foothills outside of Yuma. Walk out your door to enjoy offloading. A short drive gets you to the river and many lakes. We were there in early April and had Senators Wash to ourselves! Beautiful weather, gorgeous backyard, inviting open floor plan and beautiful neighborhood. Mary Beth is a very responsive host! Grateful to find this gem.

Great Location

We stayed 40 days to enjoy the warmth. Great location. House is well stocked with everything you need. Kitchen has gas range and dishwasher works well. The pool is unheated. It did get to 70 degrees on the hottest days. Hot tub can be heated, but you have to call the host on her personal phone in CA 40 minutes before use to turn it on and additional fees may apply. We paid a very fair fee for the length of time we were there. Washer and dryer available was handy. Was great to have control of the thermostat and the ac works well. Big tv in both living room and master bedroom. Sign in to your own streaming sites to enjoy your favorites. No cable so no channel surfing. Large sectional couch with recliners was very comfortable! Good wifi. Appreciated it as the internet in the foothills is spotty. Beds- full bed is soft. Queen bed is hard and king bed in master is medium. Needs replaced as quite stained and yellow. Master shower and large walk in closet are great! We knew ahead of time about this from reading past reviews, but be aware that this house shares a backyard wall with a sewage treatment site and the smell can be quite putrid some days. Other days, it’s tolerable. Cannot sleep with windows open. House is quite “lived in” and needs a deep clean. I understand the sand and dust in Yuma can be a pain. There was a miscommunication with the check in day. I offered to pay for our early arrival, but the host graciously declined. Overall good experience.

Owner is great to deal with, with anything...

Very laid back week. Back yard is wonderful for your pup, All competely fenced.Just clean up afterwards. Pool is so very pretty especially at night. House is well stocked with everything.

Yuma Stop

We wanted a place near my mother in law as she recently moved to Yuma. The house was stocked with everything you could need. The pool was great, but we had just come from 8 weeks in Tucson so it was tool cool to get in the water. The neighborhood was good. The back yard was great and very private. The house was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Beautiful place!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and spacious and they had the most comfortable bed and linens! The entertainment center was overwhelming for us as we are not users of many apps and working remotes. We had quite a selection to choose from. The main reason we chose this place was because of the pool and it did not disappoint! It was amazing! It was really hard to leave but we cannot wait to go back~ Also the Host was easy to work with and very pleasant. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable break from life!

Great pool getaway

We stayed here to enjoy the heat, get some sun and swim. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and jacuzzi tub. Huge master bedroom and quiet neighborhood with well stocked kitchen supplies to cook. We would definitely stay again.

Paradise in the desert

Our trip to Yuma was primarily to explore neighborhoods for a potential future move, and we discovered that we love the Mesa Del Sol area where this house is located. We also needed some serious downtime, and our stay here provided just that. The saltwater pool and Jacuzzi were incredibly relaxing, and we spent many enjoyable hours reading in the outdoor sitting area when the temperatures were pleasant. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return next year—unless we have moved into the area by then! A big ‘Thank You’ goes out to Mary Beth for her outstanding hospitality.

Yuma for Work

The home and property are very nice, clean and well maintained. A colleague and I stayed here for a week, then another colleague replaced me for the second week. During the first week, all was well but during the second week there were multiple times that we were locked out of the thermostat and it was set to mid 70s for the evening. We're working professionals who literally are only on premises to cook dinner and sleep but the second week sleeping was just uncomfortable. When we asked the owner to lower the temp on the thermostat, they did so but only halfway to what we desired and only for two hours. We are from NY so we like to sleep in a bit cooler temperature. I'm not sure if this was of the owner's doing or if it was due to them having just installed a Nest and getting it connected to the wifi for week #2 but I would highly recommend they get this sorted out for the next guest.

A great week away

We were in the area to take a parent to see friends and family. The house was more than anticipated and had everything required. We were so at home, enjoyed the hot tub on a regular basis ( so nice) as well as the imaculate pool. Patio was great and the owners were very attentive. We will definitely return if in the area again!

Adventures in Yuma

The Yuma area is beautiful! There's a lot to do down town and we found several great hiking trails along the Colorado river and in the mountain. This home was located perfectly between downtown Yuma and the foothills of a nearby mountain range. The property was ver nuce and clean, beds were comfortable and the pool and spa were nice after a long day down town or in the mountsins. The property owner is a pleasure to work with! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Nice, Quiet location

Very nice place to stay - plenty of room and had everything you needed for a vacation. Near grocery store and easy to get to main freeways. Owners were very quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again!

The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in shower as well as a huge soaker tub. All other bedrooms have queen beds, premium mattresses, duvets, and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Enjoy the Salt Water Pool with Beach Entry and Extra Deep Jacuzzi, Quiet .
