Great experience! Stayed with friends to go see a show at Choctaw casino. We had a blast! UberXL rides were under 10.00. House was perfect for our needs!

This property is wonderful!! We really enjoyed the porch looking toward the pond. We were able to play cards around the table in the evenings with the family. Very highly recommend this beautiful home.

There should be a warning of stickers on the property for pets and clothing. Couldn't walk to the water without getting stickers stuck in our shoes, pants and all over our dog's paws and in her hair.

Wonderful property with plenty of space for your family and pets. The house has everything you need to relax and unwind. The lake is gorgeous and nice to be around and the geese are so cute! At night you might even be visited by the deer roaming around. Wonderful place. 100% would rent again.

Very nice secluded place with a beautiful view. Checking out the area for future family vacation. Did catch a few decent sized perch, that was released back. Would recommend it to anyone that wants to disconnect and have a peaceful time.

My best friend and I (Iā€™m from Texas, sheā€™s from Oklahoma) met here for one night to celebrate my best friends birthday. From beginning to end the stay was amazing, convenient, and clean! We were first greeted by 4 hungry (but friendly) geese within 15 mins of our arrival. About an hour or 2 later, we were greeted by a mother and baby deer who walked up to us and let us hand feed them bread. That evening we were greeted by a big white fluffy dog who hung out with us and even chased away other animals (we didnā€™t know what they were) at least twice!Host is super responsive and nice. 10/10 would stay again :)

Great Getaway!

Friedeā€™s was a perfect spot! Close enough to access stores and activities like the casino, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet country atmosphere. Friedeā€™s was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and loved watching the deer and geese in the morning. Just a friendly heads up- There is a train track nearby but it was infrequent and it didnā€™t really bother us, but I would suggest bringing a white noise machine or have an app on your phone if youā€™re sensitive to sounds at night (we only heard it once around 11pm).We very much enjoyed the place and would absolutely stay here again!

Bugs, Weeds & Webs ā€” Oh My! Lovely Spot, Needs Love

The setting was beautiful and beds were comfortable, but upkeep fell far short for 667/2 nights. Doors and patios were dirty, bugs in windowsills, fridge and oven not truly clean. Lawn overgrown, path to dock untrimmed, and the dock was covered in cobwebs and dirt dauber nests. Paddleboat was full of stagnant water and unusable. Shower curtains and doors need replacing/sealing.We enjoyed fishing after cleaning the dock ourselves, but this property needs a deep clean, regular lawn/dock maintenance, and basic updates to match the photos and price.

Peaceful & Comfortable

This place matched the description & pictures exactly! It was out where you could see the stars at night, private pond/nature to overlook, beautiful home and outside living areas, plus a hot tub! Unfortunately it was too cold outside and rained most of the weekend so the hut tub we didnā€™t get to use but the hosts had it warmed up and ready to go just incase we did! The ac/heat worked flawlessly, plenty of kitchen appliances/cookware to cook if you wanted, and plenty of room! The house was by itself so if you wanted privacy and a peaceful getaway youā€™d have it here!There is a train but we honestly only heard it 3 times in the total of the 3 days we were there. I also bring a couple of fans with me on every trip so it helped to cover up the train horns.We will be staying here again in the future! Loved every bit of this little quiet home!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and scenic property! The location was perfectā€”tucked away enough to feel secluded and quiet, but still accessible. The views were beautiful, with plenty of shade trees and a lovely natural setting that made it easy to relax and unwind.The fishing was fantasticā€”definitely a highlight! We loved being able to spend time outdoors, spotting wildlife like deer and geese, and enjoying nature right outside the door. It was also very family and pet friendly, which made it all the more special for us. The large shaded porches & gated area for the dogs were a major bonus. Reuniting with loved ones here brought back so many great memories, and we made plenty of new ones that weā€™ll cherish forever. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finishā€”friendly, responsive, and helpful.We canā€™t recommend this spot enough and would absolutely love to come back again!
