Stay Safe! we are following CDC’s cleaning guidelines before and after each rental. This luxurious brand new vacation home is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious 24 hour guarded resort community - with short drive to Disney World (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4412 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, big screen LED TVs in family room and separate game room, and LED TVs in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.

There are four master suites, one King and one double Queen on the 1st floor plus two kings on the 2nd floor. In addition to the 4 master suites, there are 5 more bedrooms upstairs: 2 with queen beds, 1 with full/full bunk bed, and 2 with double twin beds. Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired. A total of 22 people can all sleep in beds!

There is a wide open game room upstairs equipped with Xbox game console, reclining leather sofa set, pool table, foosball table, and game table for poker games. Family members of all ages can all relax and enjoy at the same time after full day theme park visit.

Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances including two French door large fridges for multiple families’ use, large dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Two sets of 8 seat dining tables plus additional pull up bar seating in the kitchen, and 2 additional sets of 6 seat patio tables.

Private pool and spa area face South which provides perfect sun exposure and temperature all year round with full width covered lanai area providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool/spa and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.

Backyard is nature preserve providing maximum privacy with a beautiful view. It is equipped with lounge chairs, two dining table sets, ceiling fan and recessed lighting to bring comfort and convenience day and night. Pool side BBQ grill allows outdoor cooking as needed.


Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house plus free unlimited long-distance calls within the US and Canada.

Large laundry room is equipped with oversized washer and dryer, and beach towels for use at home and at club house.
Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Additional child gears can be available upon request.

All top attractions are close by: 5 mins to shopping, 10-15 mins to Disney, 30 mins to Universal, 45 mins to LEGOLAND, 1 hour to Busch Gardens, and Interstate 4 (55) is just 5 mins away.

An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style heated pool, water slide, kids water play area, and a long lazy river with tubes, and lounge chairs in private covered pergolas for families to use – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. Kids love the large arcade room with all kinds of games for free play. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly.
