The property

This unique offering combines a full house and a quadplex into one private, bookable compound — five fully equipped units in total, comfortably sleeping up to 35 guests across 14 bedrooms, 18 beds, and 8 bathrooms. Every unit has its own fully stocked kitchen, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, private balcony overlooking the river, and air conditioning to keep things comfortable no matter how warm it gets outside. One button — and the whole property is yours.



Sleeping arrangements

With 14 bedrooms and 18 beds spread across all five units, there's space for everyone to spread out and settle in. Each unit is independently appointed, giving groups the rare combination of togetherness and privacy — families with young children, couples, and friend groups can all find their own rhythm without being on top of each other.

All five kitchens are fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook for the whole group. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well
