This large (920 sq ft), two-story residence has a queen bed downstairs and a king bed upstairs, each with quality linens and bedding. Kitchen downstairs with microwave, two-burner cooktop stove, toaster oven, compact refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dinnerware, flatware, glasses and wine glasses. Kitchenette upstairs with compact refrigerator and coffee maker. There is no oven. Garden area with seating out front.

Each floor has an area for sitting and working. Two 46 inch Smart HDTVs, one upstairs and one downstairs. High speed wireless internet. A spiral staircase leads to the spacious second floor which has bamboo flooring throughout and a private balcony surrounded by 50 ft. live oak trees. The balcony is a wonderful spot for enjoying morning coffee and the evening sunset. Downstairs bathroom with large, walk-in shower. Many local bakeries, coffee shops, and great restaurants such as Uchi, Elizabeth Street Cafe, Nomade, Vespaio, Bouldin Creek Café, Odd Duck, Lenoir, El Raval, Austin Beer Garden Brewing, Co., Phoebe's Diner and Habanero are all close-by. We are only 9 miles from the Austin airport and only 2 miles from downtown.
