Hi there! I’m Lori, your host here at The Carriage House on Cougar Mountain. I’ve been a short-term rental host for over six years and am proud to have earned over 200 five-star reviews. Hosting is my passion, and I’m committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.

I live on the property with my elderly parents and my daughter, and I also host travel professionals in the main house. Outside of hosting, I work as an Organizing, Decluttering and Home Prep Specialist helping families prepare their homes for the selling market.

For a bit of fun, I enjoy music and dancing and I’m part of a line dance team! You might even spot me heading out in my favorite cowboy boots!

Having lived in this beautiful area most of my life, I’m familiar with all the best spots to explore, from scenic trails to local attractions. If you’d like recommendations or need help navigating, I’d be happy to share tips to make your stay even more enjoyable.
