This room is the largest (measuring 38ms2) and most luxurious of the house with a vaulted ceiling, beautiful exposed roof beams and its own working fireplace!
There is a very spacious walk-in closet allowing you to unpack and unwind and an en-suite shower/bath. The room is decorated with hand-crafted, cast-iron and wooden furniture made by local artisans; it has a large double bed, night stand and a bedside lamp, as well as two chest of drawers. There is small entertainment area where you can find a seating bench with cushions and a working fireplace.

Room rates include standard utilities (water & electricity) and Wifi access. Guests can also make use of laundry room facilities.

Spanish colonial style family home, with beautiful communal areas that include lounge with working fireplace, kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, sun terrace and patio garden with working bbq.

Our house is in a great location! It is one of 6 houses in a safe, gated, condominium, in the upscale residential district of La Paz offering quietness and seclusion but at the same time we are walking distance to Carolina park, El Jardin and Multicentro shopping malls, to the bars and restaurants of La Mariscal tourist district and trendy restaurants in the Coruña district.

There are excellent public transport links along the nearby Av.6 de Diciembre and local taxis are abundant and cheap. Nearest ecovia (tram) stop (La Paz) is only 200 mts away.
