Villa Cascata is a unique and beautifully updated tropical oasis tucked in the coveted 500 block of Vanderbilt Beach, Location, Location! Located just 3/4 of a mile from beach access at popular Vanderbilt Beach. WALK to the BEACH!

Villa Cascata is a Mediterranean-style home with a lushly landscaped backyard oasis and a beautiful rock pool, complete with an outdoor shower. The yard is an oversized lot, with a little trail behind the rock pool to explore, a large eating area off the pool deck, and a great lounge patio off the living room. The view of the pool area is spectacular right when you enter the front door; you will enjoy this view from the kitchen, family room, and primary suite. Both the living room and primary bedroom have a set of French doors leading to the pool.

The decor blends Mediterranean and Mid Century, with Spanish tiles and a touch of old Hollywood or Miami.

The kitchen is the centerpiece of this open-concept home, with a huge island, bar stools, and a nearby dining table. It is also close enough to the family room to be involved, yet still has some degree of separation.

If you love to cook, you'll love this vacation home, which differs from many others. We have newer appliances and a fully stocked kitchen where you can enjoy cooking.

We also have a mini fridge facing the family room so you can grab drinks easily. We also have a separate bar to mix up cocktails, close to the pool and away from the chefs! We have proper barware and a mixology book to help the bartender.

Sleep Well
Sleeping arrangements:
Primary suite: King-size bed + small office area (perfect for sneaking in remote work), flat screen tv on wall, there is a good-sized en suite bathroom, with a large, beautifully tiled shower, a double vanity, and a large walk-in closet, complete with built-in dressers and shelving.
Guest Room 1: Queen-size bed, flat screen, bathroom right out the door. The closet has a built-in dresser and shelving,
Guest Room 2: Twin-over-full bunk with trundle (sleeps four total), also has a built in dresser and shelving and stocked with kiddie, screen-free entertainment goodies. When they are ready to enjoy the screen, there's a flat screen on the wall!

**All beds feature high-quality mattresses and soft, comfy bedding and pillows so you can truly rest well and be ready for your next day at the beach or town!

Beach-Ready
We’ve got you covered for your beach days with:

Take a 15-minute walk to the beach or 2-minute drive. You can park in the public garage near the Vanderbilt entrance or at the Bluebill lot—both typically $10/day. The beach often has a service that rents out chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas, and they’ll set everything up for you.
