Much better than a hotel ! Great place !

We stayed in the beautiful house for the Cannes Lions. The location is great, we wlakes everyday to the Croisette (approx. 15 min), the house was recently renovated and is beautifuly decorated. The beds are very good quality, the wifi works fine, nice furniture outside and icing on the cake "The Hot Tub" on the terrace ! Jo was very helpfull during our stay and we highly recommend this house !

Great location for a beautifully renovated house !

We were 7 of us staying in that beautiful villa just 3 steps from the Croisette, the sandy beaches and the Rue d'Antibes. We did not use our car once and that was great ! All the bedrooms got a bathroom, we used the hot tub a couple of time with a glass of wine at night. The area is very safe and quiet and we had a lovely time having dinner outside. Fantastic accommodation, perfectly positioned. 100% recommended !

Great Property in a great location !

We came to Cannes for the MAPIC, we were 7 guests and we found a house immaculate on arrival. The owner was really very helpful, we all loved the stylish decoration and it was perfectly equipped for our stay. Some of us used the heated Jacuzzi and enjoyed it a lot ! There is a supermaket within 5 minutes walk, the Croisette is less than 10 minutes walk and the area is very safe. We will come back next year for sure !

A 4 stars accommodation near the Croisette.

This year for the first time we decided to stay in a house instead of a hotel and that was the best choice ever ! This accommodation is really perfect, very well renovated with a beautiful taste, perfect location (very near the Croisette and safe !) and for our team of 8 that was really a bargain compare to hotel rate ! We highly recommend this property.

What a nice place to stay !

We came to Cannes for the Film Festival in May 2014 and I must say that we had a lovely time at Villa Bois Clair. The house is very well decorated, and I give 4 stars for the comfort and the service ! The location is very quiet and safe, but also very close to the Croisette and the center. We used to walk to the Croisette everyday (around 20 minutes), there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk from the villa which is great. It was a very delightful experience enjoying the Hot Tub on the terrace to relax. A special thanks to William the owner for making our stay very pleasurable.

Great place to stay during the MIPIM !

We were 7 guests staying in this beautiful house for the 2014 MIPIM, Close to the Croisette in a very safe and quiet area, we were walking to the Palais des Festivals everyday (15min), close to a supermarket (10min walk) and from the main commercial street and restaurants (10 min) ! The decoration is very nice, the house is in very good condition and was perfectly clean when we arrived. The owner was very helpful sorting out few things for us ! We hardly recommend this property for a business stay.

Great accommodation near the Croisette !

We were 8 staying in that lovely house beautifully decorated and just few minutes from the Croisette, everything within walking distance which is very pleasant during this crazy period ! Johanna was very helpful for us during these 10 days and we can recommend this accommodation for people who come to Cannes like us for business and want to be near the Croisette but to stay in a quiete and peaceful area !

The perfect stay!

We were 8 girls staying in this house for 8 nights. The landlords were very welcoming, helpful and nice. This place was beautifully decorated, we had a lot of space and social areas. Close to a supermarket, walking distance to the beach and city centre. We loved to stay in this beautiful house and we can recommend it to both families and friends who's traveling together. Our lovely stay in Cannes

This house was exactly what we were looking for, very well decorated, just renovated and the location is great !! We walked everyday to the beautiful beach and enjoyed the Jacuzzi at the end of day !! We were very pleased with the air-conditionning and used it at night just before going to bed !

Perfect Location for the MIPCOM and great owner !

7 of us stayed in that lovely house during the 2013 MIPCOM, everything was so easy ! Palais du festival within walkin distance, supermaket within 5min and congratulation to the owner for the decoration ! And a special thank you to William for his help in organising our party on the terrace.

Charming hours in great location

The house was very tastefully decorated and spacious. The requirements we had was for all bedroom ensuite and within walking distance of the Croisette and the station as we did not have a car. These were fulfilled. The grounds were beautiful and the other great advantage was that the local large supermarket was just down the road. The neighbouring cats came to visit daily and provided considerable entertainment. I could recommend this house which easily fits 8.
