When Noah's family saw the Rainbow at the end of 40 days of flood, what an intense feeling of relief they must have had! We want you to feel that sense of relief when you travel to our lovely 1-LEVEL home in Williamstown. Let your cares melt away as you realize we've taken care of (almost) everything! What a great space for two families or an extended family getaway to visit the ARK Encounter.

The location is superb--providing a unique setting with quiet rolling hills and countryside views, but only a 0.7 mile walk to downtown Williamstown, with shops, boutiques and local eateries. Situated only 3 miles to the Ark Encounter, your family can sleep late an still be at the front of the line when it opens!

When you pull in the poured concrete driveway, someone in your group will probably remark how cute and quiet this neighborhood is. Its got a good mix of houses that have been built in the 80's all the way up to now! Our lot is near the end of the cul-de-sac and we don't have any neighbors behind us, but there are houses beside us (about 20 yards on either side).

You'll come to the front door where you will find a Smart Lock for easy and flexible entry. We'll send your code for the front door about 1 hour prior to check in. The one step entryway with removable wheel-chair ramp is great for any family members with mobility issues. The first floor features:

-3 beautiful bedrooms, each with a 40" SmartTV and ceiling fan
-1 King suite, 1 King bedroom, and 1 Queen bedroom
-2 full baths with tub/shower combo
-Comfortable living area with 58" TV

When you enter the house, you won't smell any strong smells as we are ALLERGEN and ASTHMA friendly. WE DON'T ALLOW SMOKING, VAPING, OR PETS at any of our properties, so you can rest assured your allergies or asthma won't flare up. Along with that, we don't use any scented candles, air fresheners, etc, aside from a few lightly scented cleaning products.

When you step into a spacious living room with 58" TV, you'll want to put up your feet and rest a while--there is seating here for 8+ people.

Walk through the living room and you'll find yourself in the eat in kitchen with two small dining tables with seating for 7-8 people (another dining table in the basement seats an additional 6). As you enter the kitchen, you will immediately notice the large sliding doors that open to a large back covered deck with great views of the absolutely charming countryside, including a nearby horse farm! Also outside is patio table, charcoal grill, and the KID'S Clubhouse (coming Spring 2025) with secret hiding places, hangout space, and more stuff for your kids to do!

The kitchen also contains:

Off the kitchen and living room area is a hallway that leads to the three bedrooms and the hall bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed, 40" TV, nightstands, and closet with hanging drawers.

The second bedroom contains a KING bed, 40" TV, dresser, nightstands, and closet.

The third bedroom and Master Suite contains a KING bed, dresser, nightstands, closet, wingback chair, and of course the attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The hallway also contains the stairs to the lower level. This newly finished area contains an absolute BOATLOAD of additional living space. When you walk down the stairs, you are greeted by new composite wood flooring, giving a cozy, cabin feel to the lower level. Once there, you will also notice all these additional amenities:

There are some additional things to know about the property that may affect your stay. The backyard is steeply sloped toward the back of the lot. Please use caution. We live in a subdivision, and as such, we have neighbors. They are wonderful, so please be respectful by observing quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am and you will have a great time.

VRBO also requires hosts to use their messaging platform so all communication is visible to their customer service representatives.
