Authentic Bali Villa with Beautiful Rice-Field Views

A home away from home! Villa Karvaka has a cozy atmosphere and lets you be a part of the Balinese village life. This two storey villa has a well designed mix of Western comfort and Balinese architecture with a tropical ‘open’ atmosphere. The stunning 180 degree view of rice fields from your balcony is blissful. A pleasant place to stay and a good balance for value for money and a popular place for families and friends.

Our villa has plenty of indoor/outdoor open-space area. It is over 5000 sq feet of property and the villa itself is about 2300 sq feet. Big bathrooms with rain showers and/or bathtubs. Bedrooms are nice sized with wardrobe space and new AC units in each to stay cool. Kitchen is a full kitchen and quite big.

In short, the villa features:
-3 air-conditioned bedrooms (each with a private bathroom)
-Private infinity pool
-A fully equipped kitchen
-Guest capacity ideally suits 6-8 people. If your group is larger, please contact us and we can arrange renting the adjacent villas for you as well.
-Additional bedding can be arranged upon request
-Open plan living & dining area
-STAFF: 1 maid, 1 gardener, 1 pool-boy
-24 hour security
-High Speed WiFi
-Private secured parking area.

Guests should expect a quiet, serene and relaxing time at the villa, and get to experience authentic bali.

The villa is situated in a very nice and quaint neighborhood, full of small, local shops like bakeries, massage, pancake, local food options and Canggu Deli, which is a very nice grocery store nearby. We can arrange cars or taxis as the guests need, or help them to rent motorbikes if you wish.

Fantastic villa in a great location!

We had a great time staying at Villa Karvaka in March. JP was excellent to work with and was extremely helpful with all of our questions. I highly recommend Villa Karvaka!

Family stay in Canggu

We had a lovely time staying in Canggu with our family ranging from 13-87 years old! The villa is clean and spacious and close walk to shops. The highlight was Nyoman’s delicious breakfast, cooked to perfection every morning. So delicious 😋 Really enjoyed our stay here

Great stay

We are repeat visitors. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and the staff (particularly Nyoman) looked after us well the entire time we were there. She cooked several meals for us apart from breakfast and handled various bookings we needed to make. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Bali!

Gorgeous villa amidst rice paddies!

I stay here every time I go to Bali. The booking process is great because the owners arrange drivers, food, beer, etc. Easy! The housekeeper, Nyoman, is second to none when it comes to hospitality and she is a great cook...breakfast every day at a nominal cost. The rooms are all decorated with Balinese style, cleaned daily and each room has a huge bathroom with great showers. The open air feel of the main level is very comfortable to pass the time. And the pool is nice and big. The villa is in an up and coming area, Canggu, so it's easy to walk and find food, groceries, shops. It's also a short 15 minute ride into Seminyak. Great location!

Exclusive villa with warm services

My family totally enjoyed our stay. Our kids love the pool, we love the villa's deco, layout and the surrounding. We love waking up to quietness, fresh air and looking at the lovely padi field. Owner is very friendly & helpful. We feel safe staying at the villa as there's security on guard. Will book the same villa, if we are going to Bali :)

cosy like home

The amazing villas, specially the three floors one, which is my favorite, are fulfilled with a lovely staff which will make your stay even better. Good breakfast (ask for their spicy noodles with chicken and you won't regret), help with any problem you get, they help you with ordering food, bringing beer, anything to make your stay like you were in a hotel, but with Indonesian pricing :)

An unforgettable experience!

I am totally impress with the place. It is such a nice villa, very very clean and well kept. The service is also superb where there are people looking after the villa and it is definitely secured. I would highly recommend this place and would suggest this villa to my friends and families. The only thing that I would suggest for the owner to do is to put up a signage at the roadside so that it is much easier to be find. I really love this place and would go again someday. And have I mentioned that the pool is lovely and clean too? Its a great place to relax and the area of the villa is magnificent with village enviroment with paddy field :)

An Oasis! Wonderful Family Vacation!

It was true delight staying in the gorgeous villa. The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. A beautiful infinity pool and amazing views of a rice field from the lounge area. The support staff are amazing, very helpful in organizing cars/taxi's to suggestions of day trips. Many beaches close by to choose from, and conveniently located on the island for day trips and sight seeing. My family loved our stay at Villa Kavarka..... we would love to return and stay there again!

A slice of Paradise and a hidden gem!

Staying in Villa Karvaka was amazing. The rooms were massive and we had our own pool. The view of the paddy fields were wonderful and the place is so serene. I love the fact that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Nyoman the caretaker of the place also made sure that we were spoiled. She made sure we were well taken care of be it food wise, transportation or any activities that we wanted to do for the day. It almost felt like we were Kings and Queens. Also she cooks a mean nasi goreng and fried chicken. Soooo delicious! I would highly recommend Villa Karvaka to everyone looking for a slice of Paradise!

Fabulous Villa in Canggu!

I've stayed in Villa Karvaka twice with friends and both trips were amazing! As you can see in the photos, the villa is picturesque with an open air living room, infinity pool and 3 master bedrooms (with air conditioning). The staff at the villa are the best- we loved Nyoman and Putu! They help coordinate drivers to various places in Bali, schedule in-villa massages, grocery shop and make breakfast. It truly is a luxurious experience and I can't wait to go back!!

Essence of Bali

I have stayed at this lovely villa at least four times and each time it's been an excellent stay. The villa is conveniently located to great food, shopping, entertainment venues, and still is able to retain its tranquil appeal. The staff are warm and attentive and the villas very well maintained and relaxing. It's a great place to unwind.

Beautiful, clean villa in Bali in a perfect location!

This villa is so perfect! It's clean and beautifully decorated. The private pool is so nice to have and it's situated right beside a gorgeous rice paddy. The staff at the villa are so helpful and nice. The location of the villa is perfect. There are so many restaurants in the neighbourhood and lots to see nearby, including the beach. I would definitely go back to this villa and recommend it to all my family and friends.

A private five-star stay

From making our booking until being dropped at the airport, the quality of customer service was impressive to say the least. JP is very accommodating and great to have a fellow English speaker help us with our stay prior to and during our visit. The house is in great condition with 3BR each with own bath and aircon. And the private pool is big enough for a big group. I must say the housekeeper, Nyoman, is what sets this villa apart from the rest. She made breakfast daily, kept the place very clean and helped with drivers, restaurant bookings, in-home massage, etc. I highly recommend this villa as a "steal of a deal" value for money. It's as if we stayed at a five-star resort, but for a fraction of the price!
