Complete remodel from studs up completed 2024 and decorated in BOHO / Mid Century. Our home is located on the beautiful East side of Green Bay, situated in a quiet neighborhood within a few miles of all that Green Bay has to offer, including Lambeau, Titletown, Historic Downtown, Wildlife Rescue, Bay Beach Amusement Park and more

The Space
Having just completed a total, top to bottom renovation this home, although originally was built in 1937 is basically now a brand new house.
WI-FI is 1GB and provided throughout the house. Streaming services are available on alll 3 tv’s.


4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 12.
· Bedroom 1, The Master, includes a Sleep Number Adjustable King that also has a lovely foot warmer for those chilly evenings and a day bed with trundle
· Bedroom 2 has a pair of twin beds, perfect for the kids

In 2025 we have added a walkway and stairs for easy access down to the sand beach. You can walk out at least 50 yards in the water and still be just knee deep or take advantage of the two kayaks with life preservers that you can launch right from the backyard.

For dog lovers, the new combination Mud / Dog Room includes:
· A large sink with hand sprayer suitable for bathing small and medium size dogs
· A lockable dog door, which leads to a deck, small patio and fenced enclosed dog run with artificial canine turf.
· We do ask that you pick up after your pet, whether using the canine enclosure or common yards.
· If you are planning on bringing your dog, we do require a $15 a night dog fee and limit of two. If you have more than two, please contact us for possible special arrangements.
We do not allow our dogs on the second floor. If we have guests with allergies, we want to make sure that our beds and second floor are pet free. We have a retractable gate that goes across the bottom of the stairway that we keep pulled when our dogs are with us. We ask that you do the same.
Please do not allow your dogs to bark incessantly as we want to be courteous to our neighbors.
