Cozy and Fun

The place is in great condition and walking distance to shops and food. The lake was a short 8 min walk and it took us only 40 min to get to Reno Airport. View out patio door is trees not a lake view but man it makes you feel like you are away from the city and that is very nice. Great value.

Great setup for two people!

This condo was the perfect setup for two of us. Kitchen was very well equipped. Comfy bed and linens. Laundry was a plus for long hiking days. We had some small incidents but the owner replied promptly and they were resolved. A bit close to the main road which caused some traffic noise but otherwise a great Incline Village. Close enough to walk to the market and ice cream shop.

Great condo and fantastic location!

Our three-night stay at the condo was great: it was very well-maintained and very clean. The condo is cozy, and has lots of charm. Everything that we needed was there, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped (better than mine at home!). The location was great too: we walked to Raley's (the supermarket) as well as nearby restaurants and Starburcks. The owner responded quickly to email queries and questions. I recommend this condo very highly indeed!

Classic Tahoe Condo Experience !!!

Wow ! Hard to find ; classic Lake Tahoe rental, close to all the action, yet cozy and well appointed. We have stayed here before, and after several years, we were pleasantly surprised to find the condo recently available! Folks this place Rocks - year- round ! Had so much fun @ Northstar, Great Burgers and shopping @ North Shore... The waterfront has been re-done and is really a nice walk/bike. We will be back, for-sure, as there is something so-special here!

Winter Get Away To Incline Village Lake Tahoe

We wanted a mountain getaway away from the city, close to the Lake and near good down home people. The home was cozier than we anticipated and so comfortable. The walls through the entire property were light cedar, very shiny and new looking. We were amazed at the nice little community and that we could walk to get pancakes from a quaint breakfast cafe and the food was good. The home provided us a sizeable kitchen area, comfortable bathroom, a small patio and was well furnished. We were impressed with how clean the property was with excellent towels and linens. The clubhouse and 3 pools/hot Tub/kiddy pool/workout facilites was a five minute walk from our front door. Nearby was the property management company, Vacation Station, and it was comforting that they were so close to the property and provided maps and other items helpful for out of town guests. We will definitely book this again. The guys we worked with were very accommodating, and seem pretty cool(and I heard they are pretty good looking)! Thank you John and Lloyd!

Great Ski Vacation

We found the entire experience FANTASTIC!! the booking was easy and everyone that was just as advertised. The location was great and close to everything, (Shopping, Casino, Ski Resorts) We are going to book again next year.

Our 'Tenacity Condo' at All Seasons Resort. We bought this home to share with others, and we have had lot's of friends, family and visitors enjoy this incredible place. Make it your home away from home and visit often. We get a lot of digital nomads that love to work up here, as well as couples looking for that needed getaway. Host 2 very nicely with one child - anymore and it's too crowded.

We realized that Incline Village and Lake Tahoe is truly an all seasons resort; in Summer you can't beat the beaches on the lake, the world class hiking and mountainbiking and the sunsets are BREATHTAKING. The restaurants are superb with superb lake views or just eat in and enjoy the modern kitchen to prepare a romantic and/or meaningful meal. Our condo is walking
distance to Stores, Restaurants and an easy downhill walk to the Lake. Incline Beaches are private, so I suggest Sand Harbor or Kings beaches. Incline Beaches are not included in the fees, and owner guest cards are not always available - so if you want to use the Incline beaches - you can ask us for details.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My favorite mornings starts with a morning coffee or tea on the balcony, or walking to "Drink Coffee Do Stuff:, or the 2 Starbucks; they are both only a few minute walk away. Winter - Winter in Tahoe is wonderland; its easy to get around as all roads near the house are cleared regularly and because we are at Lake Level the weather is not as chilling; we call it 'the lake effect' and our Lake keeps the weather consistently above freezing. Our parking lot has a shuttle to Diamond Peak; a great family resort! Or you can take a 15 min drive to Mt. Rose, a 20 min drive to Northstar and only 30 Min to either Alpine Meadows / Palacades, or Heavenly. Enjoy your stay and please leave comments so we can continue to serve our guests and provide excellent memories.
