Interested in bringing your own boat? The boat house/marina on the property is occupied with owner's boats and off limits to rental guests. However, there is a marina at the next door neighborhood/community which is walking distance with available slip for about $25 per day. Trailer storage also available next to boat slip since watercraft or trailers are not permitted at the house.
The main level:

Sit for hours in comfy seating and enjoy the lake and mountain views as they change before your eyes. No outdoor stereo or sound system or parties in keeping with preserving the peaceful Water's Edge community
