Stay with confidence, we are taking extra cleaning and disinfection measures after every guest stay: disinfect every single high-touch surface (doorknobs, countertops, table surfaces, chairs, bathroom, faucets, toilets (seat and handle), light switches, TV remote. Furnished with antiques and a large super comfortable 4-post king size bed, the casita is very private and cozy. Equipped with a full-size kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine...etc, you can use it as your base to explore downtown Santa Fe and the whole Northern New Mexico. Morning coffee or evening drinks can be had in the private patio.

House is thoroughly cleaned between reservations and we provide extra cleaning products to our guests. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GROUP GATHERINGS OUTSIDE OF REGISTERED GUESTS. Curfew 9pm for all outdoor areas. Also, we are allergic to dog and cat hair so have a strict no pet policy.
HOUSE RULES
Please take off your shoes if they are muddy before entering the house.
Please no candlelight anywhere in the house.
No bicycles are allowed in the house. If you have bicycles, please keep them locked in your vehicle or in the yard.
Non-paid/unregistered guests cannot stay overnight.
No smoking, not even outside in the backyard or front yard. Please walk out to the street if you want to smoke. No loud music in the yard or inside the house, we have neighbors and try to be respectful of their peace and quiet.
Per Airbnb policy and due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow pets of any type. We are allergic to pet and cat hair and this creates a health concern and safety issue. Please bag all your trash (we provide several trash bags for your stay but if you need more, let us know) and place in large green trash bin outside. We will take it out to the street but no un-bagged trash as it will fly away and we would have to charge you for pick-up.
Check-out time is 11 am. Each hour after that will be charged at $25/hr and requires approval. Please make sure all windows are closed and the door is locked before exiting the house. Thank you.
