Our cozy home is freshly renovated and has all you need to have a stress-free stay. The living room is ready for lounging with a brand new couch and smart TV.

Go out and enjoy one of our amazing local restaurants or you can stay in and cook a gourmet meal. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances throughout and is fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils and a stovetop kettle for tea. We have a crockpot for winter comfort foods and a blender for refreshing summer cocktails.

If you're like me, morning coffee is a must. Our convenient kcup machine lets you brew one or as many cups as you like. Mornings are for coffee.

Each bedroom has a plush queen bed, dresser and luggage stand. Don't worry about where to charge your devices. Next to each bed is a lamp with built-in USB chargers. The large basement has comfy seating and a desk for your work or study. A washer and dryer are also in the basement for your extended stays. Making a presentation and need to look your best...we have an iron and ironing board so you can look sharp.

If you have some work to do, enjoy blazing fast internet and a dedicated work space in the family room downstairs.

Your dog stays free! We have a super cozy dog bed and a basket of toys. There are food and water bowls in the kitchen. The backyard is completely fenced in so, while we recommend keeping an eye on your best friend, there's a little space to roam around. We just ask that you clean up after them.

Guests staying at this cozy family friendly home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy the tranquil back yard from the private viewing deck. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the workspace.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking.

We're available if you need us, but we don't intend to bother you so you can concentrate on relaxing

We're less than 4 miles to downtown Saratoga Springs and less than 3 miles to Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Our house is in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of the families that live here.

The driveway at our house has room for 2-3 cars. We're an easy drive to all the sites and attractions. We're situated between Rt 50 and Geyser Rd, either of which will get you into town.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet.
