There are also many parks walking distance with sand volleyball courts, pools, tennis and basketball courts and dog parks. The Twin lakes ymca is nearby as well if you are a member as well as many other large gym franchises. There are also several walking and running and hiking trails nearby. Great safe peaceful neighborhood for long walks and runs by buttercup creek and Janet bartles park…There is a Tesla home charger for Tesla EVs. The house also has a doggy door that can be locked. Please know if you have small children the house is not kid proof. There is a glass coffee table with metal edges, and the kitchen/dining room table is a bar style high top. I’ve had multiple families Stay there and not have any issues but I just wanna be upfront about the fact that the house is not set up for small children. My daughter is 24 years old and therefore I don’t have things specifically to accommodate little kids like toys or playpen or any of that kind of stuff…
