Better Than Advertised!
This was our second stay with Nancy at The Yacht Club and we graduated from a one bedroom for ten days to a two bedroom for three weeks. WE LOVED IT! The apartment itself is large and beautifully furnished including a kitchen with everything you might need to cook. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the furnished balcony was. We quickly got in the habit of watching the sunset every evening along with a lot of our neighbors who were doing the same. We made use of the snorkel equipment that comes with the apartment as well as the beach chairs and umbrellas. We highly recommend you rent a car while on the island.
The island itself is wonderful. This trip we explored some of the newer restaurants and were surprised by how top notch they all were. Nancy gave us some great recommendations! We also took the time to check out some of the other beaches such as those on the Leeward side. Definitely worth seeing! The Yacht Club is easily within walking distance of Grace Bay beach and some great snorkeling.
The pool at the Yacht Club is awesome and great for lap swimming or just hanging out. This is a big selling point for us-did not see another pool like this on the island.
As for Nancy-she is great! Very responsive to your needs and wants. She knows the island well and will not steer you wrong.
We can't wait to go back!
